10/10 experience - We went to 3 different areas for snorkeling and saw manta rays, a turtle and loads of tropical fish over the reef, the water was soo clear, it was beautiful. I’m not the strongest swimmer but the your guides made every effort to keep everyone safe and offered life jackets to the weaker swimmers which I opted for and while in the water there was 3 guides looking out for everyone and had life rings in case anyone needed a rest. The guides videoed most of the tour on go pro and also took photos of us with our phones which was great. After snorkeling we went for lunch which was a buffet, it was great local food and was very well prepared and tasty. We also opted for the kayaking option which was soo nice to kayak around the water forest!

Great - 2nd time I have been and it was amazing, the guides are great and we got to see many Mantaray and turtles , we were thrilled . Thank you again

Amazing snorkelling trip with great staff - We went to see the mantas with lembongan watersport and it was an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly thoughtful and caring. We were always safe and informed and they helped my friend when she got seasick. Great equipment, great team, great experience. We saw 6 mantas, 2 turtles and amazing corals and fish. Also the pictures and videos they took on the trip and underwater were amazing.

Awesome snorkelling and great guides! - Awesome trip! So well looked after and excellent communication! Highly recommended. Picked up from our accomodation and dropped back off again. Awesome snorkelling and great photos!

Experience in pairs. - The staff were super attentive, professional and friendly. The experience was very good, but I would have liked to spend more time in the water and not so much on the boat. We were able to see 4 or 5 manta rays, 1 turtle and two groups of dolphins.

Great day out in the sea - Everything was well organised from pick up to drop off. The three spots for snorkeling all featured different highlights (manta rays, turtles and coral reef). The buffet lunch was nice and as solo traveller I was lucky enough to be in the kayak with the guide and got to know some interesting information about the mangroves. As a lot was cramped into 5 hours it felt a bit rushed but this was expected.

Disappointing - This was a disappointing experience. I wish I had done more research before booking to know that the groups are big, and we are all dumped in the same spot of water, group 'leaders' shouting for everyone to look down at the manta rays but so crowded that you're constantly getting hit by adjacent swimmers. They pulled us away 10 minutes later because "the mantas are scared, too many people". Off to the next snorkelling spot where you got 10 minutes, and same again for the last spot. The kayaking part is just off their base and is short loop through the same section that the snorkel boat takes. More than that, zero communication before / after / in between activities so we had no idea what was going on. Activities were finished by around 2pm and boat is at 4pm. So all in all this was a 13hr day (7.15am - 8.15pm) for around 40 minutes snorkel time and 15-20minutes kayaking. Will look for alternative providers next time!

Below expectations - We went on this tour to see special fish. First we went to the Manta Bay. When we arrived there already were a Lot of boats. We were in the water water with around 80 people. We didn’t have space to swim around. When you went to a quiet place, the guide called you back to the group, so you had no freedom to snorkel. There is no guarantee to see mantas, but under these conditions, there is no possibility at all. After that we went to two other spots, there were no other boats, but our own group was still to big with about 50 people and again no freedom to snorkel around. After snorkeling we went kayaking. The route was 500 meters in dirty water and you had to turn around again, same way back. Do not recommend this trip!!

Tragic, no first aid equipment - It was tragic. Non swimmers put in the water in rough conditions, non speaking Japanese. Sadly young lady drowned and there was no airway first aid on the boat. No support for the guests after such a tragedy. We did CPR but couldn’t save her. Was just dreadful, no debrief after, nothing. We opted to finish tour and head to our hotel

I am very disappointed... - I am very disappointed with this operator for the following reasons:
 - The advertised price is more expensive than other tour operators, but with an advertised excursion time of 9 hours, whereas the all-inclusive tour lasts 5 hours like all the other tour operators. Under those conditions, I wouldn't have chosen this company. - On the day of the outing, they took us to the programmed dive spots and told us on arrival that there were too many waves today, that it wasn't their fault and that we couldn't dive. They're sorry and drop us off at uninteresting spots. Back at the hotel, we asked about the conditions so that we could go diving again, hoping that things would get better, and all the people we asked told us that the conditions hadn't been good for 4 days and would last for several more, and that they refused to take tourists, knowing that the conditions weren't good in advance. So what I've learnt is that the tour operator used is very good at what it does and deliberately lies to its customers. I bought the tickets the day before for the next day, so there's no excuse.
