Great staff - Doni and Adit were amazing, kind and helpful. From pick up at our villa to the harbour, all was taken care of. When we arrived in Nusa Penida, Adit was expecting us and everything flowed perfectly. The tour itself is honestly worth it. Adit took lovely photos of us and even let us spend some time with the monkeys at one of the beach stops! A truly great and professional service that ticked all our boxes! Such a reasonable price and would definitely recommend this tour.

Unforgettable experience! - We had a good tour in the hands of Doni and his team. Doni is very informative. He provided us all the necessary information on who’s our next driver/guide and what to expect when we arrived to the island. Everything went smoothly. If I could change something it would be to be pick up around dawn to have more time on snorkeling cause Nusa Penida is ridiculously gorgeous spot for snorkeling. Other than that it was all worth it!

Great tour, highly recommend! - Amazing first visit to Nusa Penida with Doni and Adit! Trip was extremely well planned - from hotel pick up to arrival at the port, ferry ride and meeting our guide on the island, even though we were passed thru several partners, Doni and team maintained communication with us throughout via WhatsApp and clear instructions were given as to where and who to meet. Our guide on the Island, Adit was friendly and very accommodating, taking us to multiple view points and photo spots at each site. Car charted was large, clean and comfy. They even accommodated to our last minute early finish request, arranging promptly for ferry and return car pickup. Overall highly recommend! Would do the tour again!

Nusa Penida Trip - This trip was so fun! Our driver to the ferry port was so helpful and very descriptive of what to do when arriving. Everything was planned thoroughly, so we decided to use him for the rest of our time in Bali. He drove us to our various airbnbs, gave great recommendations for restaurants and activities, and took us to the airport at the end of our trip. Great guy!

Stunning Views - The driver Agung was very helpful with picking me up and taking me back, we also arranged excursions afterwards. This is the first Viator trip/ group trip I've taken where there isn't a group leader with you at all times. Agung hands you over to a leader who walks you to the ferry terminal then you're on your own to find the right boat. Just follow the color of your lanyard (this isn't clearly explained). Then when you get off the boat, take the pathway towards the exit and someone will be standing with a sign for you (this wasn't clearly explained). The guide for the day was very attentive and this was 1:1; there was no one else with us. His English wasn't great but it was OK. It was a little rushed at the beaches. I wish I'd asked for 5 or 10 munites to sit and enjoy the view, it would have been fine because we made it to the snorkeling an hour early. Be prepared that when you step off the boat from snorkeling, you're back at the ferry dock and are rushed on board. I didn't realize that's where we were going, I thought we were going back to his car where I was going to change shoes, etc. All said everything was absolutely stunning. The beaches, the snorkeling, everything. Oh and you get a bunch of GoPro photos and videos from the snorkeling, too.

It’s a hype - You will spend 4/5 hours in travelling and will not have much time to visit the Island. Your guide will put you in rush to cover the spots. Kelingking beach has a wonderful view but it’s not safe to swim. If you are going for snorkelling then it’s has some good spots but just for a day tour it’s not worth the hassle.

Excellent tour operator, but NUSA penida doesn't worth the trip... - Service was excellent, drivers and guide very friendly. Well organized, good timing. Unfortunately what to say about the NUSA penida, it is overcrowded, the traffic is a nightmare, and it is a huge trash bin. The island is so dirty, full of trash all over. But thanks to the tour operator, the team is excellent and professional.

Disorganized tour system. - The owner/driver was nice, but the tour was very disorganized. He was late in picking me up and stated he only knew about the booking the night before the tour. He dropped me off after the tour 2 hours late (7pm. arrival). Good to be honest, but as a customer, I do not need to know about any issues or hear any excuses. I paid for a private tour, but he made me wait about 30 minutes in the hotel of the other 2 clients he picked up, who were not ready when we got there. When the boat arrived at the harbor- I had to tell/call him that I had arrived. He came but waited for the other two again to arrive before we went to our hotels. I paid for a private tour, so I do not have to wait for anyone. He should have another driver to be with me. The tour guide was nice at the Nusa Penida island and spoke some English. It was very hot, and he never offered to provide any water. I do not think he had water in the car. Thank God for the water at lunchtime. He said he had been doing tours for a year but did not know that water should be provided. Or should he be instructed to do so? One good thing is he took nice pictures. Lunch was so-so- no big deal. I'm not sure if he had to wait until my boat left the harbor, but he said he had to go- although it was about 30 minutes before I boarded the boat and left the island. I had a feeling that I would not have a good experience with this company, and I was right.
