Unpacked West Coast wonderful. - Very nice tour to the Unpacked west coast of Nusa Penida, we had a very nice guide Maniki who took many photos. We took the ferry from the Yellow Bridge at 08:10, so we were also one of the first......it quickly gets very crowded. We really enjoyed the day.

Expensive taxi for two - I didn't immediately want to leave a bad rating so that I can compare it with other tours in Bali. This is definitely a very bad tour. The trip lasted less than it said in the description (8, not 10 hours), we didn't visit Pura Paulang at all because it was closed due to a Hindu holiday, the driver's communication skills are bad, it felt like we took a taxi for 8 hours for €96, we had taxi drivers in Bali who were better guides than this one. We asked for a refund of 30% of the money because it takes the most time to get to Pura Palung, the request was rejected.

This tris is a rip-off and does not match the description - lasts shorter and doesnt visit all places listed. Avoid this - I do not recommend this trip! They lie in description and deny to give you a refund even if they didn’t take you ti all places listed: 1. The trip we paid for was supposed to past for 10 hours - we took off from YellowBridge at 08:00 and got back to Yellowbridge at 16:00. The driver told us that it is not possible to stay longer since the last boat to Lembongan leaves at 16:00. Since the tour was supposed to start at 8:30, if we didnt arrive so much earlier, we would have even less time. 2. We didn’t even go to Pura Paluang. The driver said it is because it is closed due to a Hindu holiday. We should have been informed about this and the price should be decreased because that is the furthest point on the whole trip and so I assume it is the most costly one. 3. Nowhere is mentioned that it takes 35-55 minutes by car from one place to another and than addiotional 5-10 minutes by foot so we were at each destination only 35-45 min instead of 2 hours as described on TripAdvisor. The only place we were at longer was Crystal Bay and that is only because driver said that crystal bay is our last stop and that we are going back to the harbour at 2:15 (after only 6 hours of trip). We insisted to stay longer, and he finally agreed so we were there until 15:10. Also, it is mentioned that we can go snorkling on the Kelingking Beach. Since we only had 45 minutes there (including 10 minutes needed to get there and back) this was impossible since it takes 35 min to get down to the beach. We asked for a 30% refund because we did not visit Pura Paluang, the trip lasted 2 hours less than stated and there was no possibility if swimming/snorkeling at Kelingking beach. The driver said that hr cannnot give us a refund and gave us his boss’ number. The boss never even read our message on WhatsApp. We asked for a refund from Viator through TripAdvisor and our request was denied. We feel totally ripped-off by this trip. It is not worth that money!

Not for Solo travellers - Definitely not recommending for solo traveller's as it is a private tour and you'll end up alone in a taxi with one driver. Tour takes you to tourist attractions where there are masses of people taking selfies, so beautiful scenery is even hard to enjoy. Wasn't able to hike down to beach because apparently the walk would have been too long. Great for people who want to sit in the car and get taken around but for those who hate crowds, sitting in the car on bumpy roads for hours it's definitely a "no".
