Wonderful service - highly recommend! - Driver was on time, attentive, shared lots of information about what we were seeing on the drive, and made sure we were comfortable and had all that we needed! Tour of Knossos is not to be missed, and spending time in Heraklion City was a nice add to our time in Crete. We would definitely use this tour company again!

Well planned - The tour was well planned and timed. The tour guide Jo and the bus driver were both very friendly and prompt. It was a long hot day and I perhaps wouldn’t choose to do the same activities a second time, but I can’t fault the tour operators themselves.

Memorable - The whole experience - apart from being told by Viator that I would be picked up outside a hotel in an area where motor vehicles are in fact not allowed. The tour operators themselves sent me an email to explain this.

Historical tour - Definitely worth a visit if you love history. The guide at the site is knowledgeable and we learned alot of new information. Joe our guide was amazing and proved many facts on route.

Take a bus it’s all you get with the tour ticket - The Knossos palace was ok There is no breakfast and the breakfast snack at is hopeless just an excuse to collect money for the palace and museum which I would have thought would have been in the tour ticket

Not a great start. Knossos made it worthwhile. - Not being on the list for the coach and told we were lucky that4 people had cancelled otherwise we could not have gone. It started badly. The breakfast stop was awful and the food expensive and very poor. After that things picked up. Manolis the Guide was amazing.

Too long - Long journey ,70minutes collecting other passengers before leaving Chania .90minute tour around Knossos to long.Had to choose between visiting the museum or walking around Heraklion then long journey back nearly 3 hours. The coach travel guide was good

Do not book with this provider! - Horrible! I bought these tickets in advance and they gave me a meeting point at a hotel. Im there with my family at 715am. I get a call from an old lady with a British accent at 8am telling me they are going to leave my family because they have a different pick up location. She is rude and asks me why I don’t know Chania streets well — uhm, maybe it’s because like every other tourist taking this excursion, im not from Chania and i followed the instructions your company gave me. I have booked Viator in other countries, never had this horrible service. Go with a local provider. Do not book with these non-Greek people.

Extremely disappointed - The local guide for Knossos was the worst possible ever. It was our honeymoon trip in August 2022 and it ruined our honeymoon. She was not at all interested in this and made us listen to her long explanation at the entrance. Then she said that the queue for the Throne Room was too long and we had no time for that. So we completely skipped this most important room! She could have done the whole explanation while we queued up for the Throne Room! Plus we had to wait for half an hour in the coach before we could head back! Why couldn’t we just spend more time in Knossos then? After we read the guidebook we purchased separately, we realised that we have actually missed some other important areas too. What a waste of our opportunity! Extremely disappointed and never recommend. Better to go on your own and buy a guide book! There was a stop at a random cafe in the middle of nowhere for quite a while on both ways of the journey. The food/ coffee quality and options offered in the cafe were awful. The American girls behind us kept saying “this is disgusting”… I edited this review to include the date of our trip and more details of the trip because it was accused of being a spam review by the operator on Viator. I can’t find a way to edit the original review there and hence added a new review here.
