Fun night - Alex did a nice job and was knowledgeable about the history of the area. Fun stories that were spooky but family friendly. Also a nice overall walking tour of the downtown area.

Fun and informative - Our group enjoyed our ghost walk, with the stories of important and less important people who lived and died in Knoxville. Our guide was very knowledgeable about Knoxville history, and we appreciated the history as much as the spooky factor. I would suggest giving guides a microphone so everyone on the tour can hear the tales.

Not a ghost tour?? - I feel so bad giving a low review but feel like it could be beneficial for the company to know and for others to know prior to booking, so here goes!  We showed up 15 min early as instructed and at the start time our guide was not there. We waited (with a group of about 20ish other people) and about 15 min after the start time I finally sent a message via “contact your tour operator” on trip advisor and nobody ever replied (still no reply and I’m writing this 4 days later). Another lady called a phone number and was told the guide was stuck in traffic but on the way with no eta. About 20-25 min after the start time our guide showed up and was nice but wasn’t really apologetic. She mentioned that there had been 4 accidents on her way there - but my friend had pulled up the map of the area while we waited and it showed no accidents in the area or yellow/red areas of traffic.??  The info we received said the guide would be in a specific tour tshirt and carrying a lantern. Ours was not in the tshirt or carrying a lantern. We heard maybe one story with actual ghost type info, but otherwise it was kind of some history, talk about her mom being weird, and some personal stories but not really actually a ghost tour. There was also no microphone and it was hard to hear a good amount of the time as we were walking.  The tour was supposed to be an hour and end in the same location it started. It definitely ran long (even considering we started decently late) and we definitely ended up about a half mile from where we started. Again, I really hate to write a negative review - she was a nice person but overall this was not a good ghost tour. (It was more of a tour, I wouldn’t call it a ghost tour.) We aren’t sure what happened or if our “guide” even actually worked for this company as all the info we were sent didn’t align with what happened??  We were passed by another lady in a white dress costume and a microphone as we waited for our guide to show up and wished we had been on that tour instead! Totally understand that things happen that are out of our control sometimes, but an apology for being so late, some ghost stories, following any of the given info, or a response from the tour company on the message I sent would have been nice! (And was expected.) I’d really like to recommend this tour, but based on our experience I just can’t!

Not too many specific stories of ghosts; none that were haunting - Our guide arrived almost an half hour late and we got no communication of it. However, She was very personable, friendly and interested in taking us in the the tour, I was disappointed in the lack of specific stories tied to specific buildings in downtown Knoxville. We did go to a cemetery that was beautiful at night

Dissapointing - Not what we thought this would be! Tour guide was knowledgeable but we couldn’t hear him and there really wasn’t a lot to see.

I left at the fourth stop... - I left at the fourth stop of the tour. I was annoyed that the person who was conducting the tour was a few minutes late after we were told to be there 15 min early. Didn't bother to check anybody in. Didn't feel like she was genuine and unsure of her facts. She kept on saying " I believe".
