Great overview of local history and the ghost stories that go with it - Alex was an excellent guide and gave a lot of good historical information as well as the ghost and spirits stories behind them. She answered questions well and her obvious passion for sharing the stories made it a lot of fun. When we were interrupted by a homeless couple who wanted to talk about spirits, Alex was polite and kind but finally moved us on in a professional manner. She provided the extended part of the tour which included UT buildings, and my son and his friend enjoyed hearing that part since they’re starting school at UT. It was a great evening and we all really enjoyed it! One issue of note is that the meeting point’s address and the address provided are not the same. I had to reach out for help in finding where to meet and park. Someone did respond via viator but also Alex called us, and that was helpful. (Alex is not in charge of this.) I’d suggest the address, parking (in a garage by the starting point) and directions for the starting point be updated by the company. Other than that, it was really great and the three of us in our party really enjoyed it, and recommend Alex as a guide.

Great Tour in DT Knoxville - I recently went on a ghost tour led by Jade, and it was fantastic! Jade was an exceptional guide, sharing intriguing and well-told stories that made the experience memorable. I especially appreciated her effort to ensure we found the correct meet-up location, as the online listing was incorrect. Her proactive communication and passion for the subject matter truly enhanced the tour. Highly recommended!

Great way to spend an hour - We had an hour to kill before dinner and wanted to do a family activity. Informative and interesting tour. My wife even communicated with a ghost in the cemetery via a flashlight.

Derrick is the best! - My daughter and I took the tour with Derrick. He was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and was just awesome in general! My daughter has high functioning autism and has pretty bad social anxiety; by the end of the tour she was talking to him herself! 10/10 recommend!

Disappointing - I would like to get a full or at least partial refund. The tour was at most worth about $10 a person. Spent almost $100 to learn about 3 very short stories with very little information. The guide was nice but quiet and could barely hear him. The tour was supposed to last an hour but it ended after about 40 minutes. Pretty disappointed as this was for my husbands birthday.
