Highlight of our stay in Knysna - An absolute must. There is no better way than taking in the natural beauty of the Knysna Heads than by sailing past them. Ocean Sailing Charters was fantastic to communicate with from the first moment of inquiry. The professional team made it a great experience and we enjoyed some bubbly and a perfectly BBQed steak on board. Definitely recommend it!!

Best experience by far… - The experience was amazing, we were celebrating our 5th year anniversary. The food, music, the team so friendly and full of smiles. Everything was just simply amazing! Well worth it - Well organised and super experience. It was great to get the sails up! Katie was a great hostess, serving drinks and lovely food. All in all, highly recommended.

8 golfers, all happy - The food is as good as the view and that is some view they have there! 8 of us went for an afternoon cruise and braai. The service, food quality, and value were fantastic. Katie did a great job to keep our glasses filled, work the sails and spot sea wildlife for us - she made the trip amazing!

Amazing Knysna Sunset Cruise - We enjoyed a sunset cruise on the 55ft catamaran Lara Bella from Thesen Island to Knysna Heads. The boat was well maintained, spacious & immaculately clean. Captain Neil at the helm expertly took us surfing on the crashing waves, fun was had by all. Handru on hosting duties was efficient & super accommodating. The braai was scrumptious & plentiful. Both men were very friendly & chatty. A lovely evening watching the sunset & beautiful scenery. Highly recommend this company. Thank you for an experience to remember. Rene & James

Sea trip - It was well organized, planed and very professional. The staff were friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable! The braai and bubbles were really well done and enjoyed the trip so much! I would recommend this to anyone !

Absolutely stunning - Great experience, great crew members, fantastic hospitality. Totally worth it in every sense. Compliments to the steward for preparing the perfect fillet on board. I will definitely recommend this experience

Definitely worth it! - We had a great time on a lovely boat with a stunning view all around us. We were on calm waters so went out to sea and we were lucky to have Gandrew and OJ running the boat. Gandrew in particular was incredibly attentive with drink and food and also took some brilliant photos for us 🫶

Disappointing - We booked an sunset, but due to bad weather we took the morning cruise. A beautiful boat, small group, but we went with hope to see animals. And seen none. But from the 2/2,5 hours there was just max 25 minutes at open sea, and there was time spent to go to another Harbour, for obviously commercials reasons. I would say: do that in your own time. There was no explaining anything about the area and things to be seen. Maybe when you want to party, it is ok to just sail and hear loud music, but we are here in SA only once in a lifetime and traveled a long way to see things we normally don't see. I know you cannot force nature, but I felt like no effort was put into finding the animals, or spent some extra time at places where it is more likely to see. Shame

Disappointed - It was expensive for what it was. The lad looking after us was brilliant, he really worked hard while the chap who drove the boat, although a very pleasant man, spent most of the time on his phone. The food was not great. Meat was excellent but came with pasta salad, potato salad and garlic bread. No salad or vegetables and afterwards no dessert.
