Private boat tour with personal touch - The 5 Star Marine team managed an impressive, seamless experience for our boat excursion to coral islands from the very beginning. The booking process was easy, the team were eager to help, and questions were always promptly answered. They made it very convenient for us by starting the trip from a pier close to our hotel, arranging transport with the hotel on our behalf; this shows foresight and service mind, thinking ahead for their customers. The tour guide, Khun Dream, was great. He was attentive, helpful and came to my rescue when I got stung by jellyfish. We had a wonderful day and loved every minute. Amazing safe, bespoke private boat trip - perfect - Amazing tour arranged at short notice. Guide spoke great English, safety was excellent including life jackets and insurance. Stopped at coral island banana beach for initial snorkelling with guide off the beach to let kids check they were comfortable. Nice lunch there and great showers / bathrooms. Next stop was off the boat. Children loved it. About 10m deep and great deal of fish easy to spot in clear water. The coral does seem to be suffering everywhere. Good selection of ice cold drinks and lovely fresh fruit platter in afternoon. Staff all friendly and helpful and encouraged kids to jump off boat and to keep going in to snorkel - 3 crew plus guide. At our second stop we were lucky to see dolphins up close Trip from 10.30-16.15. Not cheap but very very good value. 100% recommend.

Family Snorkelling day. - We had a great trip. Family of nine with three young children <6. Whole service was great, Nook and her team looked after us well, lunch at the seafood restaurant was awesome, and the photos Nook took were a lovely bonus. Boat is clean and kept dry. Great company to book with, would definitely do so again
