Fantastic Family experience with 5Star Marine - 5star do their best to create most memorable memories. We were driven from Kamala beach to the Pier in a comfortable coach. On arrival, we were warmly greeted by the team. We were offered breakfast at the pier, which was a surprise. During the breakfast, we got introduced to Chun, who was our guide for the tour. Chun was amazing, full credit to him that he understood our family, our constraints and planned a schedule. The boat ride started on time around 6.45 AM. The boats were extremely clean. Everything on the boat was comfortable. The availability of a small restroom also helped. The suggestion from 5 star marine to start early really worked - we didnt had to wait in any lines, there was no crowd in any lagoons and we had the James bond Island to ourselves when we landed. my children loved it when Chun gave them the opportunity to drive the canoe all by themselves in a shallow water area. They still cherish that as the best part of Phuket. We stopped over in a private cove and spent some good time out there and finally returned to the pier on time. Overall, for a family of 4, from a cost perspective it first sounded that I was over spending / picking up something expensive. But then after the experience, I believe that the tailor-made comfort, luxury and attention makes it worth every dollar I paid.

Outstanding Two Days!!!! - Phi Phi Islands and James Bond Island tours plus more. Wow, what an amazing couple of days. Chose to do private tour with 5 Star Marine, best decision ever seeing the crowded tour boats. It was so nice to plan our day with our guide to make the most of the spots without the crowds. Our guide Sun and the rest of the crew were amazing and so helpful with what to do & when. They understood our wish to avoid crowds. So relaxing. Tuesday 4/6/24 was out to Phi Phi Islands snorkelling, swimming in the secluded beaches, Monkey Beach, Maya Bay and lunch at Phi Phi Don. A stop on the way back for a drink and walk on the beach where we saw a monkey on our walk. Early start to avoid crowds 6am pick up. Thursday 6/6 was out to Pang Nga Bay, lots of caves, lagoons, kayaking through caves, James Bond Island, swim/walk through water and caves to lagoon sit and relax in the water watching all the canoes come through. So glad to do this on foot. Felt very safe with Sun, he was very knowledgeable. Thank you Sun and crew with 5 star Marine.

Absolutely amazing 🤩 - Had an amazing day with Jessica and team. They knew the best spots to take us to where we could swim privately and great knowledge. I would highly recommend this to everyone. 5 star is the best way to explore what Thailand has to offer. We will definitely be using them next time we come to explore a new destination 🌟Thanks for a professional and amazing time

Awesome company! - I hosted a group of 13 people for a guided group trip in Thailand. We had a blast on this private boat tour. The staff was so nice and knowledgeable about each place we visited and was extremely flexible to our group needs. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future.

Best experience. Dont go elsewhere. - This was the most amazing experience. The boat was beautiful, and those that usually get sea sick did not, which was our biggest concern! The staff were amazing and knowledgeable about all the areas we visited, they accommodated our every need and were flexible when we didn’t want to do activities. Perfect Day on the water in Phuket! - 5 Star Marine James Bond Island Day trip was amazing! Joon our tour guide and our captains Ning and Rit were great! They helped us see how beautiful Phuket and surrounding nature and lagoons really are in a private and non crowded casual way. Perfect day! Booking and communication with the company was also phenomenal and fast and easy!

Fabulous Boat Tour - The highlight of our trip, from the first contact with them, until transferred back to our hotel, the service was friendly, informative and professional. There were 10 in our family with 2 non swimmers and they designed an itinerary to suit our interests. They had 3 staff on board that looked after us like family. We did snorkelling off the boat and also an island, visited a floating village, canoeing from the boat into some unbelievable caves and then walked into a large cave, followed by lunch at a restaurant that we selected on a Island. We all agreed that it was definitely the highlight of our trip to Phuket and highly recommend it.

Amazing VIP service - We have recently been on two tours with 5 Star Marine. Both experiences have been unforgettable as we celebrated an Anniversary and a birthday. The service we received was 100% professional and committed in providing a VIP service. From planning our trip a year ago 5 Star responded to any of my messages even if I repeated my questions and responded late at night. The crew we had on tours demonstrated being polite, friendly and that showed that they love what they do. They treated us like VIP’s throughout the trip. I would 100% recommend them and will be back for another tour.

Tailored One on One Service..Priceless - We decided to splash out on a private charter, and we weren't disappointed. Communication from start to finish was excellent, and always wanted to check how they could make our day special. Our son Jack is type 1 diabetic so our only need was sugar free drinks, and they didn't disappoint..with 3 choices. We met our guide Nicky & Crew. Nicky's English was excellent, and he paid special attention to Jack involving him in the trip & decisions. We travelled to ice cream cave first, with Nicky explaining all the different names of things making sure we were safe & watching our step..our first adventure As we were leaving around 70 people were coming into the cave...at this point I was glad we had a private charter ! Next Stop was another set of caves, where locals take you in canoes to see the sights. I was going to stay on the boat, but Nicky told me I should go & experience....so I trusted him & I'm glad I did. It was very busy, but our guides made it fun, cracking jokes & taking pictures. After around 30mins we returned to our crew. From there we travelled to James Bond Island...the crew helped us off the boat & Nicky escorted us around, taking pictures & telling us the history of the 2 Islands prior to the filming of James Bond..very informative. James Bond Island was very very busy...but Nicky made it feel like we were the only ones there... We climbed some steps to get better views & down the otherside, waiting for the crew to collect us...again...feeling so blessed to have our own boat & Crew. Next Stop was Lunch..we travelled to the floating village, again Nicky explained the history of how it was established, hoe it was originally a floating village but now it connected to the base, had power etc.. We stopped at local restaurant, saw live seafood but decided on chicken dishes. After lunch we toured the village, 3000 residents live here..with a school, and mosque, again Nicky escorted us & was so informative. We saw some young thai children selling souvenirs & let's just say it pulled on my hearts strings & I bought things I didn't need & paid alot...lol ....but I made 2 children smile ...money well spent Returning to the boat Nicky said let's hit the beach...but honestly we were shattered so asked to return to base. No problem...this was our boat & our crew for the day...Perfect! So, whilst it was a splurge...I'd do it again in a heart beat...for space, privacy, tailored, and one on one experience. Highly recommend 5 Star Marine from start to finish ! We'll be back
