JamesBond island excursion is must do - Amazing guide Sawanu, thank you for your kindness and undestending. Sawanu help me with shooting great moment at my excursion, also her assistent did same. I saw location for movie set James Bond and much more. Launch was great, also. Thanks a lot.

Award winning service from Fafah - What an experience part from the beautiful scenery, for me it was the service that was outstanding. We were picked up promptly from our hotel to the marina and was greeted by our tour guide Fafah. She and Nu( not sure of the spelling) were amazing, friendly and engaging .I would certainly recommend this tour for anyone who wishes to have a tour while in phuket. The boat we traveled in was clean and modern.

Five-star service and facility! Awesome crew! - Absolutely fantastic experience with Sawanu Travel on their James Bond Island trip! Our guide, Nu, was truly exceptional - entertaining, fun, and made the entire journey a delight. We were impressed by how well-organized everything was, from pick-up to drop-off. And the constant supply of snacks, fruits, and beverages, starting with a lovely breakfast, was a wonderful touch. If you're looking for a seamless and enjoyable tour, I highly recommend Sawanu Travel!

Wonderful day trip with exceptional crew - Wonderful trip! While we unfortunately had a rainy day we still had a great experience with beautiful sights, we really enjoyed the tour despite the rain because of the great crew! Big shout out to our tour guide T such a great energy and kept the trip energetic and shared some great information as well as looking after everyone so well with the whole crew, he was great learning everyones names and made you feel very cared for I have celiac disease and must follow a strict gluten free diet, which can usually be really hard to find when lunch is provided and I normally have to bring my own, however, I was really well looked after with a separate gluten free meal at lunch time that I felt extremely safe eating as we were able to share dietary requirements beforehand and T was aware beforehand and approached me to let me know there was a meal for me

Good day out with the family - The day out was perfect but to be accurate this would not be considered private tour as there were many other people with us on the boat but it wasn't over-crowded. Everyone had seats and there were adequate drinks and snacks onboard for all. Just wished we didn't have to be picked so early from our hotel in Khao Lak at 7am, we arrived at Sawanu Travel at 8 plus when the departure is only at 10.15am. Good thing there was decent breakfast provided. For all the tours I've done in Thailand, this is the first time to experience such good breakfast of toasts, cakes, fruits, cupcakes, tea, coffee and other beverages before departure of tour. The tour went smoothly led by tour guide T and the friendly crew. All places listed on brochure (Panyi Island, James Bond Island, Naka Yai Island, Rang Yi, Panak Island, Hong Island) were covered albeit in different order so we can avoid the crowded areas as explained by T. Lunch was decent at the NewFern Restaurant on Panyi Island with opportunity to explore the village and for my son to play football on the floating pit. We particularly enjoyed the canoeing session at Hong Island. I have to add that I was also impressed that towels were provided by Sawanu Travel and we could grab them before setting out on the tour as I coincidentally forgot to bring some from the hotel.

DO NOT USE! Bad for families - I was really looking forward to taking the James Bond island tour and we opted to book with this company. Unfortunately things took a massive turn for the worse. I was taken ill a few days before travel and had to amend, this was done by the agent and all was ok. Unfortunately my 10 year old daughter fell ill the morning of the rescheduled trip whist going to the meeting point meaning that we could not go. Due to the short notice of the onset of the illness we had to inform at the pick-up. Worrying more about my daughter being violently sick I proceeded to concentrate on this. When i contacted the operator a few hours later to explain the situation it was met with absolutely no compassion at all. In fact they wanted further money to do anything! As we were only on Phuket 1 more day it was not possible to reschedule the trip at all. The company refused to even offer a partial refund and only replied to messages bluntly and rudely. If you are looking to take this tour please use one of the other companies. This company really doesn’t care at all. (Look at some of the other poor reviews) I have to say this one experience has ruined what has otherwise been an amazing holiday. I certainly will not be recommending you to anyone. We all know children and even adults can be come susceptible to illness when travelling in foreign countries it’s a shame your company only care about 1 thing. Money!
