Phi Phi Island Tour - It was a wonderful day trip. Breakfast, buffet lunch were provided, along with snacks and drinks. My huge thank you to Geoffery and his staff, who made the trip very enjoyable. They were all very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. We travelled in a four engine catamaran, which made the journey smooth and comfortable.

Well run, organised and comfortable. - A great day that’s a bit of everything. Look, there are a TON of tourists in these places, and you are swept around quite promptly, but I’m glad I went with Sawatu. The operator was excellent, well run, organised and our guides Bella and Tatiana were awesome. The boat is large and comfortable with proper front facing seats. There are cheaper “speed boat” operators which I’m sure are also great, but I’d guess a little less comfortable. I enjoyed swimming at island 3 rather than the noisy long boats. If snorkeling is what you want to do, I’d suggest a proper snorkeling tour that is less hurried.

Phi Phi island - I enjoyed the trip as general. The weather was not too good but had fun with my friends. I just want to suggest that the tour guide group demonstrate on how to use snorkelling mask and breather before we go into the water.

Busy but brilliant - The tour was extremely well organised and the guide, Nook, was brilliant as was his team. We were really lucky with the weather too. This is a really busy tour - you know that when you sign up but we didn’t expect it to be quite as busy as it was. The worst part was the 70 minute wait in a room absolutely PACKED with people with no air con and a below average breakfast before we left. The tour itself however was amazing. Despite the crowds we had a fantastic day and didn’t feel rushed at any of the stops. We did our own thing for lunch on Phi Phi as didn’t fancy the crowded buffet. But snacks and water/juice are provided all day. The snorkelling equipment was brand new and the boat was spotless. Would be a 5 if they had advertised the scale of the operation properly.

In the Madding Crowd! - It doesn’t surprise me that we see mixed reviews for this day out. On the one hand the day is well organised, enjoys great equipment and the staff are very friendly. But that’s where it ends -because one feels like one is in a cattle truck-being whisked from place to place at high speed with literally thousands of people! The scenery was awesome-but you quite literally struggle to see it because if the thousands of people and literally hundreds of boats!

Don't go on the pictures, it is hell of a crowded place. - Never go with them, extremely overpriced, we paid 7600 THB for two person from booked Hotel, I am sure thats another Scam by Hotel and Sawanu travellers, to book through them, near patong you can get 100s of shop who will offer same trip in even less price, maybe 4000 THB for two person, our experience was aweful, the food (lunch) was pathetic it has nothing but a fried chicken, if you are vegan never go, nothing for you then, fish was also not good, they didn't stop for us at Maya Bay beach which is the main attraction as far as I can understand, since it has better corals, moreover this group is extremely overcrowded, boats are too tight almost full and no security of your belonging, so be careful with thats as well, our guide name was Alice, and she was too smart trying to be and pretty rude as well, and look at the audacity even asking for tip at the end of the journey, she intentionally skipped on Island since she was too busy earning money for long tail boat in the phi phi bay, which was useless mostly, as because fo few everyone has to wait, the staff were not helpful or trained as they were not interested to take you to snorkling, they were just playing around, I will suggest this same service can you get with anyother travel company or do it from Karabi island rather than from Phuket. When we crossed Maya bay the girl the Guide said there are waves and all which is just an excuse to cover the trip asap, as she wanted to return by 5:30 back to the Marina as per the contract. I will suggest everyone stop giving tips to such people it is their business and they are taking hell lot of money for such excursion, save your money and give to someone more needy of it.

Overcrowded, Irresponsible Tourism…Don’t Waste your Time and Money! - This is a classic case of irresponsible and overcrowded tourism. It ruined the day and the experience. This company had 5 large boats going out at the same time to the same spots, probably 250 people in total. Add dozens of other tour operators so the numbers are over 1,000. Crazy crowds waiting on small docks to enter and leave islands. Shoulder to shoulder you push and shove on docks and narrow boardwalks just to reach the islands. There is nothing unique to see or experience on these islands too. Washrooms are slimy and dirty. Swimming and snorkeling is in a small roped off area, very crowded too. When you take pictures in the bay, you mostly see tons of people and boats of all sizes and smell gas fumes from boat motors. There are dozens of other boats just waiting for their 10 minute turn to squeeze into a dock space to dump and pickup their people. This was far worse than any crowded airport experience! Save your money! Spend a nice day at your hotel pool. Or, go shopping or take a cooking class with a small group. These boat operators are just raking in the cash and do not care about the customer experience and other agencies are not doing enough to control and limit over tourism on these islands. It’s sad…there is natural beauty to see but the $$ sign is truly controlling their vision!

Felt like a flock of sheep - Horrible! You Will love this if you like to be treated like a flock of sheep. There are literally 1000 people on the same spots. Worst experience ever. I have taken Many trips like this in my life all over the world but this was the worst. You cant even take a normal picture. There is almost no time at any of the stops. They just want to make big money!
