Phi phi Island tour. - The tour on the speedboat and the guys were excellent very professional.🙂 But the pick up from the pier was poor . Me and my wife were at the waiting area for 8:30. Well in time for the 9:00 pick up.But no pick up arrived. If it wasn’t for a kind tour operator who phoned the the number on the ticket and arranged a taxi to the marina the day would have been spoilt this was a birthday present for my wife .☹️

Phuket phi phi Island - It's a good one day trip from Phuket to Phi Phi Island by speed boat. Try to do bargains at Phuket to book day trip tour. We paid 1000 baht per person. If there is a big group then you can take personal baot too

Ok but very bouncy and boat difficult to get in to - It’s ok, it’s quick. I wouldn’t like to do the trip if it was really choppy as the boat is smashed around. I was ok as it was not very choppy.

Phuket Phi Phi islands tour - We went with Phuket best sea marine. So did the Phi Phi island speedboat tour. Picked up from the hotel, a good hours drive to the port, they gave us a safety talk and told us what was going to happen during the day. The boats are good and fast. The toilet onboard not so good. Sea was smooth to start with but soon got choppy. As the boat goes so fast it is bumpy. (Very bumpy at times) Got to snorkel in a few places, visited monkey beach, Then got to hang out at a really nice beach before the trip back and transfer back to the hotel. Our guide Patty was good. Funny and knowledgeable. It’s a full day tour, and you see a lot. All in all good. Lunch was very a very average buffet in a large canteen catering for boat trips. The places visited get very busy at times with other boats and tourists. Good way to see the islands in a day. If you have back issues maybe choose something else. Do take travel sick pills before you leave. Even if you don’t think you need them

Dangerous trip - be warned! - Our family has just come back from one of the most dangerous and frightening trips we have ever been on. In the brochure there was absolutely no mention of rough seas and the operator gladly took our money (about £160 for four). We didn’t go to most of the islands as it was ‘windy’ On the way back, the sea was horrendous. Massive waves crashing over our heads, smashing down, hurting our backs. One man was thrown off his seat and it was so rough, he couldn’t get up again. It took 21/2 hours to get back. Absolutely awful. I would suggest getting the ferry to Phi Phi island as it’s much safer.

Too Rushed!! - Let me start of by saying the island itself is AMAZING, We paid for full day Phi Phi island tour with a company called TOUR EAST which cost around £87 per person... And I was very disappointed. After pick up from hotel we were dropped off by the docks, ready to enter the speed boat but before, they make everyone buy water shoes, which cost around £10, they claim that its for safety from getting cuts to your feet however this is a complete LIE!! and its a MONEY MAKING SCHEME!! and YOU DO NOT NEED TO BUY THESE SHOES, it is your own chose, I believe all tour companies do this..... The day itself was nice witnessing beautiful scenery of the island however it was too rushed, there were about 30 people in one boat and we didn't experience the island as much as we wanted. My advise is maybe pay a bit more and hire a boat for a day and enjoy the island with your loved ones rather being around 30 people trying to take quick pictures.
