• Child tickets are 4-10 years old. Infants tickets are 1-3 years old and must sit on laps.
• Children under less than 100 cm. in height can see the show for FOC -free of charge, provided that they share a seat with a parent
• Seats will be assigned on the day of the show. Latecomers will be seated only during certain times decided on at the theater’s discretion
• The theatre doors open 30 minutes before showtime. Late arrival guests are requested to attend the show after break, otherwise a suitable seat will be assigned
• The Siam Niramit Phuket operates from 05.30 p.m. until 11.00 p.m. The restaurant and refreshment zone open at 06.00 p.m., and the show begins at 08.30 p.m.
• On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund
