Amazing views as you fly through the treetops! - Amazing views as you fly through the treetops! Mr Tony was very helpful in setting up pickup/drop off from from our Airbnb. You can tell that the guides really enjoy their job and do their best to make sure we had a great time.

Fun morning with great views - Great comms from Mr Tony ahead of day - on the day the team were helpful, reassuring and good fun. Well run facility with hygiene also in mind (hairnet and rubber gloves provided) - good drinks bar with view and added bonus of a short walk to see the waterfall while waiting for the return transfer to hotel.

Great Experience - The Human Go Pro Camera - Probably one of the best ziplining experiences ever. I’ve done some all over the world and this entire crew from start to finish is amazingly professional. Tony was great at communicating. On the night before the shuttle pick up and morning of he communicated via What's App so clearly. He even called the hotel to get a hold of me! The shuttle was a little behind schedule in the morning and he continued to communicate up until the arrival of the van. When we arrived at the site we switched vehicles into a truck that drove us up hill to this very adorable location with a drink bar, fans, and water sprays to cool people off. Then we geared up, stored our items into lockers, and made our way to the tree tops. Our host was this very charismatic young man who spoke multiple languages. Our group consisted of Americans, Swedes, Russians, and my family and I are Hmong. He communicated instructions in English, Russian, Swedish and then Lao and Korean (cause he thought my family and I were initially Korean and then Laotian). It was so impressive! Anyways - I have to mention this guy’s videography skills too which is equivalent to a human Go Pro camera! His hand is so sturdy everyone wanted a video after his first demonstration with the Russian girl in our group. So he came up with this “leaf pull”, kind of like a stick-pick, where if you pulled the lucky leaf you got a video. My husband got one! We now have this awesome video from our trip. My brother’s sneakers also fell off during the zipping (one of his foot hit a branch) and the hosts even went and found his shoe in the forest! Overall, my only recommendation would be to offer water along the ziplining routes or tell guests to bring water because some of those areas going uphill got very hot and there is no shade. After the excursion, guests are offered FREE refreshing drinks from the bar and a trip to a small waterfall. Then it’s back to the hotel. Overall, this experience is absolutely worth the money and a lot of fun.

Great staff!! - We had such a good time on this zip line trip. The staff was really fun and used our phones to take some really cool videos. There were 2-3 really long runs and some fun short ones. The cafe in the trees was a great end to the trip.

Beautiful and fun experience - Great experience! Funny hosts that followed us, filmed and took pictures to make the experience memorable. We were 11 in the group. A little too many as we had to wait for everyone but I saw there were smaller groups as well.
