Amazing - All the guys were really awesome especially Angel. They do explain technical diving details in much easier instructions and found their service to be awesome.

First time - Basic diver - The first time I tried BD, I was worried at first, but I seemed convinced that we were able to get down, and then we were able to get down.

Highly recommended! - I did the try diving with the guide Nui. It was a day and it was very fun. I paid 2800 Baht for it and it was 2 dives. We both went down to about 12 meters and saw so many beautiful fish and underwater landscapes. Highly recommended! The guide also took a lot of time and he only supervised 3 people, so he had everything in view.

Very professional - Very professional and a very nice treatment. Unfortunately I couldn’t do the dives because it was very congested and I was recommended not to do it for salut issues.

NEVER AGAIN - I had a very disappointing experience with Ko Tao Scuba Divers. When booking, they initially promised to pick us up from our hotel for our diving day and drop us back afterward. However, just one night before the event, they informed us that we would have to make our own way to another island where their diving center is located. This involved driving, taking a boat, and then driving again on the other island—none of which was communicated at the time of booking. We had already paid in advance, so when I asked for a refund due to this sudden change, the owner responded with sarcasm, claiming they don’t pick up from anywhere in Thailand. He also made several sarcastic remarks about my lack of “local knowledge” as a tourist, which was completely uncalled for. While they eventually said they would issue a refund, the owner has been reading my follow-up messages but refusing to respond. It’s been a nightmare dealing with them. The customer service is terrible, and the whole experience felt like a scam. I would never recommend this company to anyone—complete thieves. Once they take your money they start acting like they are doing you a favor by even responding to a message. Never use them. There are other service providers who offer better experiences
