During this experience, you’ll not only learn about the sake-making process but also explore the culinary traditions associated with sake, from the artisanal crafting of barrels to the evolution of drinking vessels. This tour includes three tastings, highlighting the significant role sake plays in Japanese culture.
- Minors will not be offered any substitute drinks, only those aged 18 or over can participate in the sake tasting.
- You must book at least 3 to 5 days in advance because the private parts of the brewery which are included in this visit are only accessible to groups of a maximum of 10 people, so it would be complicated to succeed in booking on the day or the day before.
