Best Holiday Package for Kerala - Starting from an amazing driver(Lallan) to amazing staff(Kannan). The feedback is very positive. We booked a 3 night package to Munnar and Thekkady. We visited many places including the spice garden, local spice markets, tea and coffee plantation areas. The sunrise is worth a shot only if you are an early bird. We had done activities such as zipiline, elephant riding, jeep safari and visiting vaious waterfalls and a dam. We also enjoyed the traditional Kathakalli dance and Kalaripattu marshal art shows.

Very nice place to spend time with family. Enjoyed the Jeep safari and sight seeing. Food was very good. - Very good arrangements by Iris Holidays. The package include transport from Kochi and stays in Munnar. 4 days and 3 night package. Pleasant saty at Fog resort and spa.

Good & professional service starting from hotel booking , airport pickup & driver provided - We have booked 2 nights & 3 days trip to Munnar through Iris holidays. Overall experience was very good; entire process of booking was very smooth. Every information asked was provided in details, trip was curated as per our requirement & budget. Quality of the car provided is also very good. Cherry on the cake was “ driver” who was with us for all 3 days. Mr. Babu Antony is very friendly , professional, punctual & experienced driver. He loves to talk & we enjoyed chatting with him. He has good knowledge of places & restaurants around the places & guided us as per our need. Overall we had a great experience & enjoyed our holidays. Would highly recommend Iris holidays!!

Improveable itinerary - Munnar is amazing, nature was beautiful. We made all the stops that were included, as well as any extra activities we wanted to do, the driver offered to stop at any time. Even so, the time could be better used: on the first day, if we did not propose to do some more activity, we would have been all afternoon in the hotel (it is not included in the itinerary and we considered that another activity could be included to see more nature); the stops of the second day, although interesting, are very touristic, looking for some information we have seen that there could be other points with fewer tourists and more authentic. We’ve missed some more driver proactivity, he’s been kind, though he’s just focused on following the plan without recommending much more. On the third day no stop is made until Kochi, the four hours without stopping or going to the bathroom become unpleasant. In short, everything within the itinerary, although we believe that it can be improved by including more authentic stops, making more use of the time and that the driver also explains or proposes more places to get a more authentic experience. The tour manager was very attentive through whatsapp and asked us at all times how we were.

Not worth the drive - For the distance it took to get to the mountains , I prefer to spend the time at the coast. I found it took too long to get from Kochi and Allepey to the Mountains, too many people and traffic.
