A first-rate Walking Tour - I've been meaning to write this review for months. This was an excellent walking tour - informative, idiosyncratic, genuinely interesting - with a funny and passionate guide. A lovely street-level encounter with colonial Kolkata. Don't hesitate to sign up.

We loved getting to know... - We loved getting to know the more intimate parts of Calcutta that we probably wouldn’t have visited by ourselves. The focus on the different communities and religions was definitely something we appreciated.

Manjit is a great guide - Manjit guides us though some of Kolkata's most diverse areas providing insights that you just wouldn't find otherwise. I took this tour early in the morning 6am start and it's wonderful to see the city before all the hustle and bustle gets started.

Learn some of Kolkata's complexity - We had a wonderful time exploring a little visited part of Kolkata. India is such a fascinating place and this walk through a quiet part of Kolkata was so friendly and eye-opening. We totally recommend it, but not as a first tour of Kolkata. Do some a general tour first and then enjoy this quiet world.
