Memorable and fun! - Ariff gave us a wonderful tour that we won’t soon forget! He responded to a minor miscommunication with true professionalism and we thoroughly enjoyed our day spent with him. The tram and site visits were both emotionally moving and interesting. The tram is a historic gem and we do hope it is preserved as best as possible. I highly recommend this experience.

A Unique Experience - The tram ride was great fun and a nice overview of the older parts of the city. The tram itself is an attraction to any transit buff, with century-old cars running with their original mechanicals. Tour company owner Mr. Ariff happened to be my driver and guide. He has deep roots in Kolkata, and is a person of integrity and deep knowledge.

Great tour with great guide - Wonderful way to experience the unknown and “raw” Kolkata. Very good guide with broad knowledge. Pity that the guide was not always audible due to high noise levels. Headsets?

Heritage tram ride of Kolkata - nearing die down stage - The most neglected heritage property of the country which is nearing to die out due to the huge mad rush of crowded city life and hustle bustle in which we all exist. The beautiful non polluting tram service is nearing sure death if any good corporate house do not consider to adopt and revive the life of only such service in the country and in the very own city of Joy - Kolkata. Deplorable coaches, poor maintenance, staffs, infrastructure is inevitably brining down this heritage property yo closure. From above 110km today hardly 30 km of tram line and service is operational with hardly few hand counted vehicles are found on the track. Very disheartening to see this conditon.

Heritage of Calcutta - Great Experience. The only city in Asia with more than 100 years old tram service. The trams are old, but, still, work. We were offered free pick up and drop. The guide was polite.

We can not review the tour, it didn't happen! - Our tour was cancelled due to a cyclone and the prime ministers visit to the area. We have requested a refund of $180 and have heard NOTHING back from TripAdvisor.

VERY DISAPPOINTED - We paid $194 for the tour, however it was cancelled due to a cyclone and the Prime ministers visit to Kolkata. We have contacted TripAdvisor for a refund, they told us to deal directly with the tour operator who of course is not contactable now that he has been paid. We are finding it very hard to contact TripAdvisor, they are not helpful at all. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Money charged for cancelled trip and no refund - The trip was cancelled by the tour operator due to some operational issues buty entire amount for 2 people was deducted and I have not received a discount till date. The person who had reached out claims that he is neither from trip advisor not from viator ( the operator) do he can only follow up and not refund. The contact number provided in the listing is fake and leads to a wrong number. Trip advisor has no helpline number and even their social media handles don't respond. I would recommend not booking via this app or this trip as it is not reliable.
