Amazing experience through Kolkata - It was a great cultural/religious tour of the city. Everything was great, lots of information and amazing spots to be visited. I recommend this tour. They even pick us up and drop off at the hotel.

Sites are interesting.. guide could have been better - Although the guide was very nice, I think her limited knowledge of English prevented her from sharing a lot of information that would have added to the tour. It is also a long day… especially if you hit traffic and it’s hot out... we did three of the sites and decided that was enough for us. We enjoyed what we did see very much. If we had a different guide, I would have given the tour a higher rating

Never gave the refund, even though they did not show up - Never showed up to pick me up at my hotel. I did book only 1 day before, so that may play a part. I tried to get a refund and all Viator could do is contact the operator to ask for one. The operator never approved the refund, so I am out $140.
