A remarkable experience - I went for a 1night 2 days Sundarbans trip.The trip was amazing with all marked arrangements.The house boat was really fascinating and it is really commendable the way this company has maintained the standards even in such a remote area.The food was delicious and the guide was knowledgeable.After my terrific experience I would definitely recommend this company to every visitor looking for Sundarbans tour

A very helpful tour agency - When I arrived in Kolkata, I pored over the travel sites looking for day tours of Kolkata. Only Let’s Meetup Tours answered the phone. They organized an interesting and informative day tour of Kolkata for me. I then asked them to fix me up with a tour through the Sundarban mangrove forest and wildlife preserve. Again they delivered a very good experience with a partner tour operator. They are arranging for a driver and car to take me to see the Taj Mahal from New Delhi in a couple of days. This is a small but very helpful tour organizer. I want to thank Nick for all his help and organizational skills, Rahul for being a very knowledgeable guide for my day tour of Kolkata, and Indu for starting the business. I took the two night, three day tour of Sundarban. The resort was in a rural area but offered comfortable rooms and even WiFi. The dinner at the resort was adequate. The boat offered Indian breakfast and excellent lunch, which included fresh fish and plenty of veg options, all freshly prepared below deck, coffee, tea, drinking water. The staff were eager to please. Please tip them at the end of your stay. Everything helps and if you’re reading this, you have more than they ever will. The Sundarban tour guide, Arun knew the area well and explained about the local flora and fauna, as well as about the cultural practices of the inhabitants. Tip: bring binoculars to properly enjoy the different species of birds you’ll see, and other animals. We saw many deer and boar, some jungle fowl, and a huge crocodile. It’s fun just being on the boat, enjoying the scenery and fresh air. The cultural program both nights was a real standout. The first night, it was a concert by local musicians who sand in Bengali, Hindi and English, and the second night local actors performed a play about Banbibi, the goddess of the Sundarban. There was live music accompaniment. Remember to tip the performers too... they really deserve it, a you will see. Although I went on my own, I found good company on the boat to talk to. Two very good experiences arranged for me by Let’s Meetup Tours. Highly recommended.
