- Kundasang - Afternoon, lunch at local restaurant. Depart to Poring Hot Spring with another 45 minutes drive through the countryside passing through Kundasang’s vegetable growing town
- Poring Treetop Canopy Walk - Upon arrival, take a 20 minutes hike to reach the Canopy Walkway. Experience the height of 200 feet above ground from top of the tree.
- Poring Hot Springs - Or you may just take a dip in the open air Japanese styled bathtub which the hot sulphuric water is believed to have curative powers
- Kinabalu Park - Kinabalu Park, the World Heritage Site covers an area of 754 sq km was gazetted as a park in 1964.The basis for the establishment of a protected area in Kinabalu were formed after a report from the Royal Society Kinabalu Scientific expedition in 1962-1964 led by Prof. Corner. It is the first Park in the Malaysian Borneo’s state of Sabah.

Must-do when in Sabah - Amazing trip. Park Kinabalu is really unique in its nature and animals. The preserved nature allows you to truly experience the very old forest.

Great day in the national park - Really good day! Our guide was very knowledge and happy to answer any questions. Great day with a real variety of activities. The canopy walk was the real highlight! Fabulous scenery and views!

Unethical, fraudulent behaviour. - Do not travel with this company. We paid over $500 for a tour to mount kinabalu park and botanic gardens. We specifically chose a tour that didn’t go to the dairy farm (we live in dairy farm country and we’re not interested in this). We specifically wanted to go to the botanic gardens and mount kinabalu park which we booked. I even contacted the tour company to check on the pick up time and they told me that we were the only ones on the tour so I was a bit surprised when the bus was full. We got on our tour bus at 7am and they took us on a three hour drive which went to the dairy farm! When we questioned this as it wasn’t on our tour the driver just told us it was on his itinerary. So we thought it was just something that was on all the tours but then we discovered that we went going to go to the botanic gardens or Kinabalu park at all. We were 4 hours into the tour and couldn’t do anything but stay on the bus and complain to the company “Viator” when we got back. This company has refused to refund us for the tour which we paid for but they didn’t provide. They obviously put us on another tour as they wanted to save money as there would have been two half full tours otherwise, even though they were different tours. This is fraudulent behaviour when they take your money and don’t provide the service you have paid for. Don’t go with them. The tour that we went on was 81/2 hours on a bus and all we saw was a dairy warm (really why?), a market which was half closed the only thing open were stalls selling bits of food, and a lunch stop and visit to the canopy wall and hot pools (concrete baths full of hot water). It was not worth the 8+ hours of driving in an uncomfortable bus. We arrived back at 7pm (12 hours later!)
