- Head North Paddle (Stand Up Paddle Kota Kinabalu) - This activity offers participants the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of stand-up paddling. This includes an introduction to the equipment, mastering the correct stance on an SUP board, board maneuvering, basic stroke techniques, and safety measures, along with weather assessment. Just before sunset, participants will join our experienced guide to enter the water and paddle as the sun sets. After sunset, during twilight, the boards will be illuminated with colorful LED lights, revealing the marine life beneath. The adventure continues with exploration and a photography session.
Brief Itinerary
- 5:30 PM: Meet at our base camp for registration, gear up, lessons, and a safety briefing.
- 6:00 PM: Enter the water (sea) with our local guide, who will assist and take photos throughout the activity.
- 6:30 PM: Capture sunset photos at our first photo point on the sandbar, then continue paddling.
- 7:00 PM: Illuminate the LED lights beneath the boards and explore the coral areas.
- 7:45 PM: Begin paddling back slowly towards the starting point.
- 8:00 PM: Arrive back at the starting point, marking the end of the activity.
