Very satisfied! - We had a great time using The Tokyo Pass because it provided access to over 50 popular cultural sites, including the Tokyo National Museum. One spot that really stood out was the Fukagawa Edo Museum. We stopped by on our way to Kiyosumi Teien Garden and it felt like we had stepped back in time to old Japan. Very detailed immersion experience in Fukagawa area during the Edo period. We highly recommend using The Tokyo Pass. The customer service was excellent, it was easy to download and use, and the instructions were straightforward.

Not so easy to ise - App is NOT user friendly at all. Very difficult to work through. Tried multiple tome to download the I-phone app which they prompt you to use to no avail.
