Additional Information

Our highly sought-after 3-hour excursion provides you with an unique perspective of the Bay of Kotor! Blue Cave is a natural formation carved at the base of a 100 meter high cliff, shaped by millennia of wave impact on the porous ‘Luštica’ rocks. The sunlight that filters in through the entrance illuminates the waters, casting stunning shades of blue, gifting the cave its name. When you take a dip, you will see these phenomenal hues on your own skin. On the return trip, a quick stop by Mamula Island is planned, which housed a prison built in 1853. Mamula Island was notoriously known as ‘Kampo Mamula’, a NOTORIOUS PRISON during both world wars. As we pass by the old Yugoslavian army base, ‘Pristan’, we will pause at one of the three submarine pens utilized during World War II for concealment and repair of submarines. A truly breathtaking site is the ancient Island Lady of the Rock, a man-made island constructed in the 15th century as a tribute to the sailors from Perast.

Exceptional service from Marija and double Igor’s - The best boat company you will ever find in Kotor. First off, the lady Marija was so wonderful!! Super friendly, answered all my queries patiently and gave other recommendations and contacts to other nearby cities. Just a really fantastic beautiful lady all around.. Then the two captains, best friends, both named Igor. Absolutely fantastic men!! Very informative, friendly, professional, always checked if everyone was okay, great drivers and overall so lovely people. We were 7 on board which was not overcrowded and the boat was so lovely and in very good condition. 100% recommend this tour company. They should be number one. And if you see them try to get the boat with the two Igor’s and ask for Marija as your point of contact. I found this company through google and they never disappointed. Thank you so much Marija and double Igor’s! You made my first tour in Kotor extra special. Fantastic professions they all are. Well done :-)

Highlight of our trip in Kotor - We had a fabulous time on this boat tour for so many reasons. First off there was traffic really bad and we whatsapped the company to say we might be late and not to worry if they needed to continue without us… the captain then came specifically to where we were stuck and picked us up! It was such a kind gesture. When on the tour the captain gave some lovely snippets of information on arrival to different stops and took lots of photos for us on our phone when we were at the blue cave. We had a fabulous time and was really fun going on a speed boat! Would highly recommend and would even say we’d do a private tour next time.

Nice experience, beautiful cave. - Friendly skipper. Not to expensive. Skipper told us what we needed to know in English about the lady of the rocks and the submarine base. We visited the blue cave and had a short swim but because of safety (lots of boats) we had a longer swim in a bay 2 minutes from the blue cave - it was nice as well. The ride back takes long but this is due to the distance between the blue cave and Kotor.

Good quality for good money - Fair price, helpful staff and different options for custom trips. I wish we have gone sailing around the Kotor bay with them instead of some low quality experience

More fun than you could ever guess - The tour was a joy! At times exciting, at times relaxing, always safe and professional. Fantastic sights to see, some nearly inaccessible, all thanks to the skilled crew and the great boats. Top notch organisation, highly recommended.

Blue Cave - It was a rainy day and we were not able to go to the cave or the island. We were offered to go to another town where we had lunch. Not really what we wanted to do. I think we should have been offered a refund.
