• Our Lady of the Rocks - After 20 minutes, we will make our first photo stop on the outskirts of the baroque town of Perast. From a short distance off the shore, you can capture views of two renowned islands – the artificial Our Lady of the Rocks and the natural Saint George.
• Slano Lake - Just before reaching Nikšić, known for producing the best Montenegrin beer, we will stop for photos at the picturesque Salty Lake (Slano Jezero), one of the two large lakes surrounding this historic city.
• Floyd Food Factory - We will have a breakfast break at Floyd Food Factory, a local restaurant in Nikšić known for its delicious homemade food and pleasant atmosphere.
• Tara Bridge - Tara Bridge, the highest in Europe when it was built in 1940, spans the famous Tara River. If you wish, there will be time to walk across the 365-meter-long bridge, which stands 172 meters above the canyon floor.
• Restaurant Or’O - We will have a lunch break at Or’O Restaurant in the town of Žabljak. After spending time in Durmitor National Park, you can enjoy a meal at one of the best restaurants in Žabljak, with options for vegetarians, vegans, and meat-eaters.
• Durmitor National Park Visitor Centre - Black Lake - This lake is one of 18 glacial lakes located above 1,500 meters on Durmitor Mountain, collectively known as the “Mountain Eyes.”
• Ostrog Monastery - As sunset approaches, we will begin our ascent up the narrow and winding road, taking in the stunning views of the monastery perched high above, illuminated by the setting sun. You might see barefoot pilgrims making the 3 km climb to reach this sacred site and spend the night in the monastery yard.
