0/10 do not recommended - We turned up 15 minutes early to the meeting point at Kotor bus station. We waited 30 minutes before we tried to ring the company with the number that was provided on the booking, to say the bus had not shown up. There was no answer despite repeated calls for 10 minutes. Turned on my mobile to get another number to call the company. This was 3 minutes of data and €60. After ringing another number found on their website we reported that we had not been collected for the excursion 30 minutes after pick up time. The person rang us back after speaking to the bus driver a few mins later to inform us the bus was not coming and they would refund the cost of the booking.
Very frustrating experience in itself. The company when asked would not refund any additional costs incurred as a result of them cancelling.
Also worth not that when I booked for 2 people the booking was €200 but when I was looking at the website at the date of the excursion that cost was then €280 so I'm wondering if they just booted us off the booking to make an additional €80 with a new booking
