We invite you to visit historical sites around Limassol and learn about ancient and medieval periods in Cyprus history, including the knight period and the Crusades. Our first stop will be at Kurion, an ancient city-state built by participants of the Trojan War in the 10th century B.C. You will see unique mosaics and the ancient amphitheater, still maintained in working condition and able to accommodate around 3,500 visitors. We will continue our journey to Kolossi Castle, once known as a defensive fortification during the Crusader era in Cyprus. You will also have free time to stroll along the most picturesque sites of Limassol - the waterfront park, narrow streets of the old city, and visit Limassol Castle - a great architectural monument of the Middle Ages, where Richard the Lionheart got married.
