Fun and delicious! - It was a little difficult to find in the Mira mall but once we finally did we met Idy who spoke excellent English and is a French trained pastry chef. I drag my husband to cooking and baking classes and he ends up enjoying it and the teacher is impressed with his skill. We made the tarts and the moon cakes and it is a different method than I have used for making pastry and filling so it is fun to learn something new and it tastes great!. BYO (bake your own) is a different concept and you can have a teacher or do it yourself from iPad and use their equipment. In this case it was great to have a teacher as it is a different method than I have used and Idy was attentive and a hands on teacher. We left with a box of delicious baking and a little more knowledge.

A great family fun experience - Our instructor Aedi ( sorry I didn't get the spelling ) was very informative and patient . In between moulding and mixing we also had a nice chat. The place was very organised and orderly I would definitely recommend this class .

Definitely do this activity! - My Partner and I did this 2 hour class and enjoyed it so much. Not only did our wonderful instructor speak fluent english but she also spoke French which was a real joy to find in Hong Kong. The recipes were easy and the organization of the class was tip top. The cost is reasonable.
