Disappointing - Had booked an airport transfer from hotel 4 days in advance. Requested 12:30 pick up at hotel. Messaged driver as to his location and eta arrival time, no reply. Waited till 13:15 no show, cancelled and booked urgently through hotel. Driver messaged at 16:30 Where are we? We were on our international flight! Very disappointing as we have always had a great experience with Viator bookings. Will be requesting a refund.

Disgraceful service - DO NOT BOOK !!! these guys guys failed to pick me up at all !!! Had to walk the streets at 7:15am to find a taxi ! Almost missed my flight !!! Terrible communication and as I say they didn’t even turn up !!! Shouldn’t be on this site at all
