Auschwitz tour - Really well organised trip & kept fully informed of pick up time, etc by Thomas. Pick up was right on time & the driver explained fully the course of the day & points for pick to return to the hotel. Our guide at Auschwitz was Marianna who was excellent all day & extremely respectful to those who lost their lives. Highly recommend this trip & operator, everything was excellent. Thank you Thomas.

Highly recommend - Very well organised tour Macieja contacted us the day before the tour with pick up time and asked if we wanted them to provide lunch for an extra fee. Lunch was great. So much food. Macieja was on time to pick us up and was very friendly We booked the tour for a max of 15 people. I would highly recommend booking this tour with Krakow Auschwitz Tours. Very emotional day and the tour organisation was fantastic.

Highly recommend private tour! - Paul was great and very prompt! He gave us clear instructions and also took us to see the real center of Europe in-between the camps. Everything was very well organized and easy to communicate with the driver. Highly recommend booking a private tour!

If in Poland, especially Krakow, visit Auschwitz. You will not be disappointed. - Excellent for historical and educational purposes. All the movies and documentaries you might have seen of Auschwitz and the holocaust over the years comes alive in a very strange way but gives you a sense of appreciation and acknowledgement of what surely is one of the darkest and deadliest chapters of Human history. Fully worth a visit in that respect. The English speaking guide was very knowledgeable and very clear. It easily will remain an unforgettable excursion with mixed emotions, one of sadness and also one of homage paid by your visit to those who perished. Robert, who did the transport to and from Hotel was very friendly and could communicate in English very well.

Superb all round. - Communication was excellent and the transfer easy. Our driver was fantastic. The documentary shown on the mini bus a brilliant idea. The bus was comfortable and clean. It was efficient when we arrived and left. The tour guide was amazing! The right mix of informative, passionate and emotional. She really made me think and feel. I was with my 19 year old daughter, 16 and 13 year old sons and we were all transfixed. A must do.

Eye opening experience - Would have liked more time to walk around. Was quite a fast pace and a bit of a rush to get to each stage. The guide however was very informative

Not what we expected! - What should have been a moving and emotional experience, was ruined by the reality. Interminable queues for every part of the tour which meant any ambience was completely lost. Our advice is to go independently, youv'e a better chance of feeling the reality of the horrendous situation. If it hadn't been so oversubscribed, maybe it would have been better. Maybe commercial interests prevail?

Cancelled my trip last minute !! Already taken the payment!! - After booking and paying for this tour for 15th September and the reason we travelled to krakow the company sent a message the night before to say the tour was cancelled and would be refunded! I rang to see why and was told that the tour had sold out! I has already payed!!! No alternatives offered. Still waiting for a refund and not able to get another tour to auschwitz, so wasted my entire trip!!! . Will nit use again and will book direct.
