Prisoners were subject to the brutalities of Hitlerian fascism such as forced isolation, planned extermination through starvation, strenuous labor, cruel experimenting, and sudden mortality due to individual or mass killings. It is undoubtedly a place of significant importance to visit.
- Please note, that the maximum size of backpacks or handbags brought into the Auschwitz Museum & Memorial can not exceed dimensions: 30x20x10cm
- Comfortable walking shoes are recommended
- A minimum of 2 people per booking is required
- For all bookings made for 2020 for Auschwitz-Birkenau tour, we need surname and name of every participant (the same as in their ID or PASSPORT). If we will not get it, we will not be able to buy entrance tickets to Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum.
- Please make sure to bring with you to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum, ID or PASSPORT, because the guards will ask about it before enter. (without it, you will not be able to enter the museum).

Aushwitz day tour - great! - We were collected from our hotel by the driver at 7am, there were two more local pick ups and then we set off to aushwitz. The driver was very quiet but polite and informative of the trip. Took us an hour and 10 minutes to get to the first camp. We had a lovely tour guide who was very softly spoken, her English was great and she spoke with such empathy. First part of the tour took around an hour and 15 minutes. We then had a quick break and back into the taxi to move onto the second camp. This part took around an hour again to see. It was an ery but very interesting place to visit. I can see why it is a popular place to visit and I would return at another time and see it again for sure. The trip ran smoothly, the driver and guide where very informative and helpful along the way. All in all a great trip, one to remember forever.

Well worth the day trip - From booking the trip to the return to our hotel, the trip was faultless. The communications from the tour operator were very good. On the day, Tomas our driver looked after us very well from advising on our collection time, the process at Auschwitz and on the overall journey. Our guide was very informative & was open to questions.

Fantastic - Fantastic trip, it was very interesting.
The trip was so well organized, couldn't fault a thing. The transport was brilliant, the service was friendly and gave a brilliant lunch for a small extra cost. Worth doing.

Fantastic - Great trip and definitely worth the visit.
Driver was a little sharp when I first asked a question which then made the rest of the journey very awkward as I didn’t want to get another sharp reply.

A reflective visit. - Very moving visit, quiet and respectful atmosphere.
Well organised. Group of eight. We were picked up and returned for our hotel and our driver, Pawel was very friendly and helpful. We saw a documentary during our journey which was informative.
The guide at the Museum was very knowledgeable.
There is no free time except for toilet visits.
I definitely recommend the visit.

Auschwitz I and II. Mind blowing! - Transport to and fromhotel was excellent . The tour guide was great and very informative. The only negative for me was one I was aware off before. The guide being great , but not enough time that stop and dwell anywhere

Lest we forget - The trip to Auschwitz was so memorable how can human beings treat others like this.
I hope school children are taught the history of this and to take the memory with them through life so that it is never allowed to happen again

Fantastic experience - Everything was perfect from the pickup to the tour to getting back safely to our hotel. We had constant communication with Artur. He even had the foresight of making us bag lunches

Auschwitz tour - Really well organised trip & kept fully informed of pick up time, etc by Thomas. Pick up was right on time & the driver explained fully the course of the day & points for pick to return to the hotel.
Our guide at Auschwitz was Marianna who was excellent all day & extremely respectful to those who lost their lives.
Highly recommend this trip & operator, everything was excellent.

Auschwitz Tour - This review is only for the transport to Auschwitz. The operators weren't personable and only cared about getting us there and back, making zero effort to get to know anyone. Skip the lunch boxes, you won't have enough time to eat.
