Great general tour of city - A great tour of the city. Chris our guide, took us to places of note in the city and explained the history from medieval era upto the WWII and a bit beyond. We would ride for 5-10 mins then stop while the area and history was explained to us. And rinse-repeat. As we were riding on roads and spaces shared with cars and trams, Chris made sure we were safe, especially when trams had "right of way". He also taught us essential Polish phrases and how to count to five. :) Dwa piwa proszę. Dziękuję. :) Would definitely recommend doing this tour at the beginning of your stay, so you can then explore places that are of the most interest to you. This tour represents much better value than a "golf buggy" tour as the guide is able to answer all your questions and provide a better interactive service, rather than recorded messages. My favourite part was the talk about the medieval universities and seeing the statue of Nicolaus Copernicus, I am a science nerd :)

One of our favorite experiences on our trip! - My sister and I did a bike tour of Krakow and had a BLAST!! Kris and his team were awesome! He took us on a wonderful tour through this beautiful city, we saw so many sites, and learned on the way! He had a wealth of knowledge he shared with us. Truly memorable!! And we even got to meet new people from other parts of the world who were doing the tour as well— made it even more fun. Everyone should do this tour!

Amazing - Highly recommend! - Tom was an incredible guide!! He expertly brought us through the entire city explaining not only the historical relevance, but his personal connection with the sites as his family has lived in Krakow for generations. I would 100% do this tour again if I am back in Krakow, and I would (and have) highly recommended the tour to others. Imporant to note that the city is very flat (with the exception of 1 bridge at the end so e-bikes are not 100% necessary, can also book regular bikes).

Disappointed - No cycle helmets were offered and no safety briefing. Bikes available were only large ones, so I could only just touch the floor. There was no measuring bike with individuals. We did a similar tour in Rome last year, and all of that happened without asking. The guide was very knowledgeable but failed to be aware of where people were and keep the group together. It is very busy, narrow roads and dangerous in Cracow. A lot of riding on pavements which brings hazards with dodging tourists. I had an accident and fell off my bike when a car was very close. I lost confidence and was too injured to continue. We were left waiting with the bikes for collection and told a taxi would pick us up. Our guide commented that it is dangerous cycling in Cracow. That didn't happen they were only concerned about the bikes. I was left to limp back to our hotel.
