A must see tour - The trip was great from start to finish. We had a man called Mateo drive us around and he was so lovely and everything was very well organised. ! Autswitch is something everyone should experience, the camp was harrowing and eerie. I don't think your imagination does the camp justice of the evil that took place. The time we were there was just the right amount, don't think we would have enjoyed staring there any longer. Although saying that I would have liked to have seen the museum. The salt mines were so refreshing after a few hours at the camp. The mines were incredible! Where they hold the concerts and religious ceremonies was breathtaking.

A great day well organised. - Picked up from hotel in minibus & brought to big coach where we were given our group for the day. First tour was saltmines - exceptional! We had the most amazing tour guide and plenty of time there. Afterwards we drove to auschwitz where we visited both camps in a detailed tour with another guide who was very knowledgable. Amazing day highly recommended as your tickets are sorted for you all you have to bring is your id.

Be prepared - The whole experience was well worth it. The excursion was completed by Krakow direct who we couldn’t fault. They did play a video on the way in which was very informative but also covered a lot of the things which were covered on the tour itself. It’s a very long day doing the two together. We walked about 20,000 steps all together

A must do! - This trip is very well organised and pre planned. A very early start but well worth it. A small trip party of 18 people, nice clean bus and the driver very informative. From Auschwitz to the salt mines we had an hour to eat and had a lovely meal in the bistro. Both Auschwitz and the salt mines had lots of walking and we covered over 20,000 steps not counting the 135m down too!

Very informative - The tour guide was very informative, but I did think it was a bit rushed, so busy, could probably be doing with letting fewer people in at once, but I would recommend it. Also, we only got 40 minutes to get lunch, and we had to wait in the que in the cafeteria, which took us 35 minutes, so it was a bit rushed. The food was nice when we got served.

Great day out, but harrowing - You know what you're going to get when visiting Auschwitz, and indeed the salt mines, so i won't describe here. Pick up was smooth, driver friendly and helpful (my daughter was travel sick and they were very accommodating) Guide at Auschwitz explained everything, and didn't hold back on detail The saltmines guide a little less so - pleasant enough, but i didn't learn much. I could hear more info from guides around us the day is a long one, 15000 steps suggest you bring food
