Worth doing - Auschwitz trip was something I’ve felt the need to do for a long time and even though I thought I was prepared a few bits still upset me. The mine I had no prior knowledge of but as it was a must see thought I’d do it. It didn’t disappoint and I enjoyed it. Our driver Bartek was brilliant, he was friendly and knowledgable and very helpful. The lunch we bought from him was extremely tasty. Would recommend this trip to others

Highlight of our Poland Trip. - First of all, Igor was absolutely one of the best guides we’ve had on all of our trips to Europe. Intelligent, engaging, very knowledgeable, and incredibly accommodating the entire day. Igor connected with us prior to picking us up and made sure to arrange lunch for us for the break between Auschwitz and Birkenau. He did an amazing job articulating what the day would look like, what to expect, and was a joy to ride with the whole day. Auschwitz and Birkenau should be a must when you visit Poland, as well as the Salt Mine. We read many reviews about the Salt Mine and the steps. Here’s the thing, the steps are many, but our group felt like it was almost easier than Auschwitz and Birkenau. The stairs are well built with railings, there are many places to stop and sit on a bench throughout. It was an unbelievable experience. If you come to Poland, book with Igor and do this trip!

A humble yet harrowing tour - Absolutely brilliant. Such a well informed and humble Auschwitz tour guide for a harrowing experience. Our driver was punctual, polite and helpful with great communication. The mine was excellent too but I will say that perhaps the 2 together in one day is a bit too much. We were exhausted and drained physically and emotionally. That’s the only negative though. It feels wrong to say a fabulous experience given the nature of it but you know what I mean. Well worth it

Sensitive and knowledgeable guide and excellent communication from company - Did the joint tour and had Jacob as our guide for Auswitz. A very knowledgeable guide who delivered a very detailed yet sensitive tour. It should be visited by everyone to ensure that we never forget mans inhumanity to man. The salt mines were just amazing and so worth the time to visit. We did the joint tour on our last day knowing it was going to be long but the pick up for Auswitz changed from 6.30 to 5.40 and the salt mines tour started at 3.15. It made a very long day as didn't get into mines till 4.30 and should have taken us 3 hours but after the tour we didn't do the museum as we were shattered! There was almost 3 hour break in between so be mindful of that and plan accordingly. If you are there for enough time it may be worth doing separate days to get the best out of the latter tour. The communication from this company was excellent and everything on time. Recommend using them.

Not worth it. - This was industrial tourism. Too fast, too many in a group. Not enough time to experience the sites. Way too much walking. Our “ guide was nothing but a driver and not at all interested in enhancing the experience. No information beyond the tour script of the site guides.

terribleorganization - excursion booked, and paid for, one month in advance. The evening before the event, the tour is cancelled, an email with scant explanations. The other groups leave regularly, so they wrote lies to us. Dozens of phone calls, and chat messages, so much more waste of time. In very unpolite ways they tell us that they will do nothing to find us another similar tour. They are unreliable, rude, incompetent. Never again
