A very full day with so many things to see and memorable - The tour guide was very knowledgable and professional and the whole visit was unforgettable. It is a very fast moving tour as there is so much to cover in one day but was worth it.

Two very good tours ! - Auschwitz visit - sensitive,well organised and informative Salt mine visit- interesting experience. I would suggest a recommendation that it may be a claustrophobic experience (be made) Secondly, it may be useful to mention the level of physical activity involved, particularly for older people.

Amazing trip - Very interesting trips obviously both very different in nature. Guides amazing very informative and knew their information and history of Auschwitz. Pick up and drop off great.

Customers are not important to them - The departure of our tour to Auswitch-Birkenau, scheduled at 9.40 am, was moved the day before to 12.15 pm. The booking and payment were made 4 months before. As a result of this postponement, we were unable to carry out a planned visit to Krakow and part of our programme fell apart. This also happened the day before with the visit to the salt mine of Wieliczka, whose planned departure was also brought forward so that we missed our breakfast that had been paid for in advance. SeeKrakow Local Tours clearly doesn't care about the planning of their customers, who just have to adapt to the most profitable scenario for them. It's paid for in advance... Incidentally, the visits were not too bad, which gives them two meagre stars. Ah yes, there is not a single identifying sign at the boarding point Wielopole and the SeeKrakow guides were always a little late for the appointment. Take a more reliable tour operator anyway.

Terrible shuttle service - The driver (who was not responsible for the situation) picked the main group up just to drive through Krakow for almost an hour to pick up two more people. Everybody has made his/her way to the main pickup point, so why wasn’t it possible to tell the other two to do the same. Bad planning!
