Witness 22 brick barracks that imprisoned hundreds of thousands of Holocaust victims. The most harrowing is block number 11, known as the prison within the prison. Block 11 housed special torture chambers, including dark cells and standing cells, where prisoners faced various punishments. The first experiments with Zyklon B for mass killings occurred in this block. The camp’s only preserved crematorium and gas chamber are located at its end.
After visiting KL Auschwitz 1, take a minivan to KL Auschwitz 2 Birkenau. This section is 25 times larger than Auschwitz 1 and was the largest of the death camps, where over 1,100,000 people were murdered. Conclude your visit at the Memorial to honor all the victims of the Nazi genocide.

Interesting tour - This was so sad and yet very interesting to see our tour guide was very professional explained everything in such a good manner ! It’s an eye opener this trip and would advise anyone to do it ! Our lunch that was provided was very tasty !

Horror - À dramatic story! So sad for all of them. Innocent people, humains! Murdered! Must never forget that that can happen again in history... Not so much for me, but my children and grand children... and off spring!

Visit for the duty of memory - A very important memory duty to do.
A guided tour in French, thank you very much to our Guide who gave us a lot of very detailed and interesting information about the two camps of Auschwitz.
A very striking visit, but one that I advise to make.
On the other hand, it seems that there is a general ledger of the names of the deportees at the end of the visit but we have not been told about it, which is a shame.
Good organization of pickup and visit with a small lunch box.

Organization and visit to the top. - Excellent organization.
Pension pickup.

Guided tour in French on Auschwitz Birkenau by an excellent Joanna Guide.
Real good.
She explained us well and knew how to convey an emotion... while the place itself cannot do without emotions... thank you 🙏
And thank you to Kuba our driver for taking care of us so well.

Day tour - Was to be picked up at hotel but was moved to central location! Was good tour but was at fast pace that some were unable to keep up and missed out on talk by the your guide especially at second location. Lunch was good.

Concentration camp visit - We have an excellent guide that was amazing,
I should rate this trip as 5.0 but only give
3 because the company totally forgot our Lunchbox , we get it in the bus home from the visit ..
The luchbox was a low budget box with one apple and 1 sandwich that you could split into two pieces , there also included one water .
I think there is a good idea to mention that you have ordered the trip with lunchbox already when you have start the journey at the bus ..
I should not even think about to do the saltmine and Auswitch on the same day , we split it into two days and we also get two splendid tours with much time at the places …
The guide was splendid at both places and I rate them with five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Book the tours by you self is a moneysaver :)

Last minute change of booking and no lunch box. - Our booking was changed 2 hours in front of the starting time, we agreed. However, we never received a lunch box. When asked for a partial refund they told us they made a lunch box. (We just never received it.)

Disappointed - Nothing but problems with this booking. Booked this tour and advised at time of booking there would be a disabled person using a mobility scooter. Was assured this would not be a problem. Before we left I got an message with the wrong dates for tour so they had to change to what we had booked. The day before the tour I got contacted with meeting point, which we had booked to be collected and dropped off at hotel. I mentioned about the mobility scooter and I was told then that Viator had not informed them about the disabled person. We had to provide more information about that, but eventually they said it should be ok. The Guide at Auswitz could have been better. I understand they have to keep moving, we could hear her but she was too far in front to see what she was talking about. My brother in law, in his mobility scooter, was looking forward to this trip, but we were all disappointed. We got 10 minutes for lunch then told we had to get back on the bus. I was still in the middle of eating lunch and had to throw it away as i couldn't finish it on the bus as eating wasn't allowed. I visited Auswitz last year with another tour operator and wish I had booked with them again this time. Alot of hassle for a waste of money.

Very rushed and missed out lot of detail - Changed our pick up time from 0930 to 0530 lunch given was substandard and cheap....rushed through both the camps...missed out buildings ... hardly any details given.... avoid this company at all costs
