Worthwhile but sobering - a well organised and informative tour. - Although a sobering place to visit, the tour guides were respectful and informative. It was well organised with a pick up in Krakow, comfortable coach transfer and plenty of time for the visit. Anna, our tour guide in Auschwitz spoke excellent English and gave us a very good overview of what happened here - not easy given the horrors of the inhumanity that took place.

Great company, very well organised - Firstly this company could not of done anymore for us as they was a little mix with our hotel, after informing them they just changed their schedule for 2 days in trot. They were easy to communicate with and veg helpful. The trips were well organised and very informative. They were nothing they didn't know. Would definitely recommend them to my family and friends 100%

Can’t fault it, was a very good trip - Really enjoyed the trip everything was fantastic, a small confusion with the pick up time getting change but it actually worked out better in the end. Our tour guide was fantastic and really knew her stuff. The lunch that was provided was just a standard meal but you can get food at the end of the trip as well.

Poor organization, rushed tour, but was moved by the visit. - We booked our tour for September 12th at 9:05 a.m.on May 25th. It was to last until 5:05 p.m. The day before our tour, we received an email saying our tour was now from 12:30-7:30 p.m. We arrived at the pick up spot plenty early and it was very disorganized as there were 2 vans for See Krakow and only a few names were called for the first one. Then the 2nd van arrived, and we were told to wait while things were sorted out. We left on schedule, but then had 2 more pick ups to make. We were finally on our way and were told we'd arrive by 2:30 and that we'd have 25 minutes to use the washrooms and get coffee etc before meeting at the appointed place. We all met at 2:55 only to be told that our local Guide was not available and that our appointment was really for 3:30, not 3 p.m. Anya handed out our tickets and told us to meet back at 3:25. We went to the restaurant where I had a chance to look at the ticket. Lo and behold, the ticket shows a 3:00 p.m. time. We talked to 3 or 4 other couples who had an early morning booking as well so several people were impacted by this late change. I called the office when we received the email and I was told that Auschwitz didn't give them their requested time. We don't believe that at all. We feel that they wanted to consolidate the tours into 1 to save money and/or did not buy the tickets in time to get the correct tickets. Once our tour finally began, it felt rushed as we didn't have enough time to look at all the exhibits. A lot of the dialogue during the tour was repeated at various points along the way. We then got on the bus to Birkenau for part 2 of the tour. By this time, everyone was cold, tired, wet and worn out from all the delays. The bus ride home was cold despite being promised heat on the bus and we didn't get dropped off until 8:45, 1 hour and 15 minutes later than the email stated. While the tour itself was worthwhile, we felt like our experience was compromised because of the change and delays. Many of us were at the pick up spot at 12:00 p.m., so it was a very long day in the cold and rain. We don't understand how you can book a tour more than 3 months in advance and then the day before get told sorry, it's now 3 hours later? Why didn’t See Krakow buy the tickets then to guarantee the time? Why did we get picked up so early if our booking wasn't for another 3 hours? Again, we feel we were lied to about the time was evidenced by the tickets themselves.

Nightmare coming true - I booked the most expensive tour including hotel pick up and drop back plus lunch. I called to customer service before booking and I was told that lunch comes from regional polish restaurant and pick up to and back will be on time. We were also told it will be small group. The reality turned out to be completely different. An evening before trip we got an information that the pickup will be from pickup point. It was very warm, and we were waiting 20min in full sun for the bus which was late (what if it was raining?). we picked up people from other locations which total was 1.5h and 1.5 drive to Auschwitz. Upon asking the guide about lunch, he told he is not aware of any lunch. We never received anything. We didn't bring anything with us neither. The only free time was 10min for toilets and no opportunity to get any food. Tour of Auschwitz and Birkenau was total 3 hours. Another 5h we spent on the bus with 50 people. I wrote an email to the company, but they told me they are not responsible for the content which is posted on www (?????). After few emails they never answered about lack of lunch. They never compensated anything. This was the worst tour I have ever been to. I do not recommend this company.

Scammed. - They cancelled the trip less than 24 hours before leaving us no time to book with another tour guide. I was only in Krakow for a couple of days so this cancellation ruined the whole trip and I didn’t get the money back for the refund till after my visit - Avoid these at all costs!!!
