A genuine life affirming visit if you get the chance to visit you should take it - Everyone should visit once in their lives and never forget what people could do to other humans.
I thought I knew the history but actually being there where those poor people suffered made it so much more real and much worse .
I cannot say I enjoyed it but I’m glad I went it was a sobering experience

Touching and educational experience - It was a touching and educational experience. Our guide Robert knew how to explain and express himself with great delicacy and respect about everything that happened there. SeeKrakow is a company that follows schedules very well, there were no delays and everything was done in the best way possible. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a peaceful tour, on time and with respect for the history of the place we were visiting.

1 in a life time experience - What an emotional amazing 1 in a life time experience Tour guide was amazing and so friendly loved the whole experience would do it all over sun again but recommend wrappping up warm as it’s mainly outside

SeeKrakow Tours 5* - 2nd time visiting Krakow and was not disappointed with SeeKrakow trips, driver and guide were very helpful. Telephone calls from the admin team updating us of pick up time and location changes. All in all 5* service.

Sad but must do - A lovely tour. But 2nd half was very much standing around in Birkenau.
Good value for money, and the bus is comfortable enough for the 90 mins each way.

Not completely satisfied - Interesting experience, but not for how it was handled. We were at the meeting point and couldn't find who was running the group, then the bus that transported us was really cramped and the driver's driving quite rash, especially in the corners (I got nauseous). Once we arrived we had to wait for a guide from the site for more than half an hour. What bothered me most was that the guide never made sure we were all in range of the receiver with headphones before we started explaining each place, especially when we passed in enclosed places that needed U-route, so inevitably the guide was already out when half the group was still inside and the only thing he could hear was an annoying croak. At the Birkenau site it looked like we had to do a marathon (considering that the walk on the site is not exactly easy) and, again, did not wait for the whole group to arrive for the beginning of the explanation. For heaven's sake, super prepared person on the subject, but it can not be the only aspect to be taken care of in organizing a guided tour. I expected better

Rushed tour & angry about the pick up point. - I thought the tour was very rushed and too crowded. Had to take photographs of the pictures as not enough time to read about them. I walk with a stick so did get left behind and missed a lot of the commentary as the guide was too far Infront. Also no handrail going up the steps so needed help from my other half. Didn't even go to Birkenau as found the first part too tiring, and this was paid for too.
I and my family was very angry that our pick up point had changed too from just a 4 minute walk to a 15 minute taxi ride away with no explanation. To the K & R bus bay Weilpole

VERY POOR - Absolutely disgusted with how this tourr operator conducts itself. I I could have I'd have given 0 stars.
Location of pick up was changed 3 times. The original pick-up was changed on confirmation while still in the UK. It was then allegedly changed my email and phone call to our hotel. We had been told they could not pick up at our hotel because the bus could not fit down the street . We got a taxi to the 2nd Location on the morning of the trip. We arrived 30 minutes early to ensure we were there on time. We rang the company 3 times to say we had not been picked up. They told us the time had been changed. Ultimately we missed the trip. Absolutely disgusted with the poor communication. STAY CLEAR OF THIS FIRM.
