Well organised trip to Auschwitz - The trip to Auschwitz from Krakow was a great experience for us. The contact and organising the pick up worked well. We got a call few days earlier regarding a small change of the start time of the tour which was ok for us. The transport itself was right on time and our driver Janek was really friendly and helpful. We had a good chat on the way back with various topics and we also learnt a little bit more of Poland and Krakow. The tour in Auschwitz was a bit hasty and there could have been more time to get to know the place but in total the tour was already roughly 3 hours all together in the destination. We heard interesting stories and facts that you wouldn’t hear without the guide.

Well-coordinated trip. Herbert was our driver/ host for the trip. Umbrellas provided with forethought on a rainy day. - Herbert was our driver/ host for the trip. Umbrellas provided with forethought on a rainy day - saved the day at Birkenau where we had to be out in the open mostly. The tour guide was knowledgeable and patient to answer questions raised.

Informative and well-paced tour - Somber and sobering lessons from history. Good length of time. Joanna, our guide, is exceptional and took great care in connecting us with the events at each site. Michael, our driver, was super-friendly and played a very informative documentary on the drive to Auschwitz. Pro-tip: Wear comfortable shoes, there's a fair amount of walking. In the summer/spring, bring a cap as shade is limited in Birkenau

Auschwitz and Birkenau - It is hard to put into words how great this tour is due to the nature of the horrid things that happened here. However the tour guide Malek was amazing and guided us through some emotional stories. The day is very long and be prepared for a lot of walking. Also be prepared for an emotional rollercoaster of a day covering being sad, horrified, Heartbreaking etc. Take a pack lunch with you, there is no cafe although our visit was a Sunday so maybe it wasn’t open but we didn’t see anything that resembled a cafe , we only saw 2 vending machines to get a drink from if you are lucky. With the amount of visitors you will be lucky to get near one. However if you take your own food you will be fine to get around both camps, take in all the information, live through all the emotions possible in one day and come away, thoughtful, emotional and tired.

Sad but very educational tour - The whole experience was very interesting and informative. Very sad place but it’s important for all of us to know this devastating part of history. The tour guide Mark was very nice and answered any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this tour to everyone!

Really good tour and guide... - Easy to book. Was contacted the evening before with new pick up time. Particularly liked the fact that the guide who picked us up also took us around the camps. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable, especially in the camps. A very good experience.

A very easy and hassle free tour . - Viktor went above and beyond to ensure we had everything necessary for our trip. He made the journey very easy. The Auschwitz museum staff can be difficult and our Orginal online tickets were cancelled. Because of Viktor’s insight he managed to secure tickets on site. Without Viktor we would be clueless and he probably saved us hours of queuing . I would highly recommend Viktor to anyone who wants a hassle free journey

Auschwitz too busy but Birkenau more of what i expected to see. - Birkenau was better than Auschwitz as the latter was a very sanitised version of the situation and crowds were herded through very quickly. The guide was not great - had a bit of a cold I think, and that was coming across the headset. Long, long walk from the garage where we parked at Birkenau. Could have been warned. Very rushed tour with little time given to read and absorb the material.

Rushed - The museum was an emotional experience but it was rushed and no time to contemplate the significance of the site / exhibit. Not all of our party of 4 where able to keep up with the pace of the walking. Minibus also parked some distance from the entrance to Birkenau which appeared unnecessary.
