Reality check ,horrified - Verry eery but brings home the reality of it but you'll never really understand how this could happen , or how it was let happen ,no words could explain this holocaust,

Time you book trip can change with out any explanation! - Very disappointed with the service offered. Booked trip for 10.10 am pick up , the day before late on got a message to say our trip has been rescheduled for 6.50 am pick up ( 3 hours early) . Sent a email asking why this was as I had no explanation to why this has happened and of course as expected no explanation given ! Very shabby way to treat customers especially when we have specifically chosen our preferred pick up time. Can only assume this happened as they must of had not enough takers for the trip we had originally booked so we was put on the earlier trip not asked if this suited us ,which most definitely did not fit in with our plans for the day.

Not a Tour, A Glorified Transportation Company - Long story short, this “tour” is just transportation to Auschwitz. The company does not actually give the tour. This, along with the other points, are why the tour is deserved of 1 star 1) Less than 24 hours before the tour, the company changed the pick up time from 8:10 am to 11:30 am. With No apology 2) No hotel pick up or drop off, which was what was paid for 3) the driver gave 0 itinerary around what to expect for the day 4) 8 hour day with no stop for food or rest 5) the company punted us over to museum to give tour (our tour guide from museum was great, but had nothing to do with tour we booked) 6) lots of hurry up and wait with little to no explanation leading to lots of waiting and confusion Overall. Not worth it. Unless you are looking for a transportation company.

Do not recommend! - Gr8 Way canceled this tour we booked on the 25th of April, 1 day before entrance on the 1st of May without offering us any solution for our customers who are in Krakow especially to visit Auschwitz. Moreover, they did not even have the tickets to help our customers with individual entrance. Our agency is very disappointed with this provider who did not answer the phone, and only sent a message by WhatsApp without offering any solution to help the situation. Big Disappointment!
