Good trip with Maxs - Good trip with Maxs! Punctual and friendly, he drive us to Auschwitz and Birkenau from our hotel! He help us also with the ticket and the breakfast!

Great experience - Bart was an excellent driver and guide. I was in great hands from the moment he picked me up until he dropped me off. I would highly recommend him.

Educational - Very educational trip. Always wanted to pay my respects and acknowledge this sad history. Went with your operator Viator. Was collected from my hotel and returned later that evening. I had a lovely driver called Dawid. Very pleasant chap who made the experience so much better.

Amazing trip - Amazing service - We booked a double tour of Auschwitz and Birkanau plus the salt mine. Martin the driver was absolutely fantastic. We were collected directly outside our hotel and taken to Auschwitz first. Martin was friendly, informative and accommodating of our requirements. We were then taken to the salt mines and our driver Martin patiently waited and collected us afterwards and took us directly back to our hotel at the end of the day. First class service and would gladly recommend!!

Efficient and prompt service - Rafal was very efficient and ensured we joined the first tour of the day allowing us to finish at a reasonable time, this was despite the fact that the museums website was broken and last minute arrangements had to be made for an alternate tour time

Drive to Auschwitz-Birkenau - Rafa was an amazing driver, who was polite and helpful every step of the way. He answered all our questions and made the journey enjoyable.

Very good service - Used these guys for our main tours of Auschwitz and the salt mines .great reasonably priced package, excellent communication.Also used for airport shuttle again can't fault them

David was awesome - David called to tell us our pick time and was courteous and a pleasure to journey with the whole day, he was polite, respectful and well mannered the whole trip. Our tour would not have been so awesome without his charismatic personality. Thank you David for a wonderful day

Time you book trip can change with out any explanation! - Very disappointed with the service offered. Booked trip for 10.10 am pick up , the day before late on got a message to say our trip has been rescheduled for 6.50 am pick up ( 3 hours early) . Sent a email asking why this was as I had no explanation to why this has happened and of course as expected no explanation given ! Very shabby way to treat customers especially when we have specifically chosen our preferred pick up time. Can only assume this happened as they must of had not enough takers for the trip we had originally booked so we was put on the earlier trip not asked if this suited us ,which most definitely did not fit in with our plans for the day.

Avoid at all costs! - DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS OPERATOR!!! They contacted us the night before the tour to say there was a change of pick up time and pick up point - 4 hours difference! And then once I had changed plans to accommodate they cancelled very last minute! Didn’t offer an alternative and told I’d have to wait to request a refund! Which can take up to 10 days! Spoilt out entire holiday as they cancelled so late notice we haven’t been able to organise with another provider as they are all sold out! Do not use!
