Must do - Great trip. One of the stand out experiences of my life. Unsettling but it should be. Lots of walking but definitely worth it.

Konrad’s Tour is Exceptional - Communication with Konrad the driver was excellent He messaged day before to advise of our pickup time (07.15) from our apartment We (x4) were with 2 other couples (so 8 in total) Took about 1 hr 15 min to Aushwitz We were met by guide after quick toilet break Tour was superb but also harrowing. Guide was very knowledgeable. After about an hour and a half at Auschwitz we then transferred back in minibus across to Birkenau (5 minute drive) Met by same guide who then gave us informative & incredible tour of Birkenau. I’ve been to Dachau nr Munich so knew what to expect from Auschwith-Birkenau But nevertheless still incredible and mind boggling - the inhumanity. Madness !

A thought provoking day - This is something I've needed to see for a long time and not been able to convince anyone to go with me. Came here with my best mate in May 2024 and both of us were really dumbstruck by the scale of the place and man's inhumanity to his fellow man. A little disorganised and confusing on arrival and takes a while to actually gain entrance. Once on an organised tour the guide was informative and also sensitive and respectful to areas that could be a cause for concern or distress. The sites are well maintained and there is a lot of preservation taking place which is important for future generations lest we forget the atrocities that took place over 80 years ago. My friend and I hardly spoke for the entire 3.5 hours it took us to go round the sites on the tour and this was a subdued and reflective day. Not for everyone, but something we felt we needed to see.

Good quality excursion - An excellent trip with an informative guide. Messaging before the trip was great and we were picked up on time. Our driver was brilliant and then when we got to the camps the guide stayed with us throughout the trip Everything was an advertised The trip was a reminder of what had happened in the war and the atrocities and all was explained in a sympathetic manner

Well organised poignant tour - I’m really glad we booked this tour as it totally took the stress out of organising this trip. It was an early start, setting off at 7:15 and it takes about 90 mins to get to Auschwitz. They played a video on the way there which set the grim, somber tone that I think was needed. You visit Auschwitz first with a guided tour and then there’s a short break for lunch before going to Birkenau. We took them up on the offer of a packed lunch and were pleased we did as there’s not really an opportunity to buy food there. It was an awesome lunch - ham and cheese roll with crisps, croissant, choccie bar, two pieces of fruit and a couple of drinks. Well worth the money. The guide was really good and the whole thing felt very organised. I expected it to be a bit more like a museum than it was, but I appreciate them not doing this. They’ve kept it more as a memorial to those that suffered and died and it felt like a place of respect and reflection. It was an emotional journey to see what horrors mankind can commit.

10/10 - Excellent service from start to finish. We were picked up at the hotel by Peter and taken to Auschwitz. Peter then collected our tickets and took us to our guide. The tour was obviously sad and eerie, but excellent information from the guide. Peter then met us after the tour and transported us to Birkenau where we met the same guide. Once again, an excellent tour. Peter was waiting for us after and dropped us back at our hotel. Thank you Peter, you made everything run smoothly. Highly recommend and will use them when I return again

Excellent Trip - Got a message the day before confirming pick up time which was 06:50hrs. Lucas our driver was brilliant and also slightly early which was great. Arrived at Auschwitz at approximately 08:30hrs, we had to wait for a few more people to join the group, in this time make sure you have a quick snack, drink and toilet break. Make sure you take food and drink with you. Our guide spoke English very well. Good explanation of all sections. The group was a bit large (approx 30 ppl) so at times struggled to hear the guide as the headsets kept breaking up if towards the back of the group, but this didn’t cause too many issues. A lot of walking involved sensible foot ideally to be worn, also a lot of the ground is uneven. There are steps in and out of the barracks (living quarters). We was fine with all the walking and steps , just be mindful if you have mobility issues. Trip at auschwitz lasted approx 3hrs, after this we had a quick 10 minute break, before heading off to Birkenau which is only a short drive away. At Birkenau the size of the acutual camp will amaze you. The ground is flat but uneven. Whilst a lot of the camp was destroyed before the allies got to it, you can still see sufficient buildings and ruins. The guide took us into the death barrack which hasn’t been destroyed and you can see how they use to sleep and live. Approx time 1.5hrs. Overall interesting trip and would definitely recommend this tour company / guide. All my tours I booked via trip advisor & had no problems.

Good experienced but rushed - The whole trip was good but this is was our experience: so to begin with the trip started very early (7am) and the trip was separated in two parts : Auschwitz and Birkenau. The first part we went around the blocks and was given an overview of the its history along with a round trip of items that found (like children shoes). The second part was Birkenau, which was incredible in terms of scale ! However the trip to this area (which I was most looking forward to ) was rushed. There were other barracks that I wanted to see but we were escorted out quickly which was disappointing as it’s a once in a life time experience. Also the guide was not very good , she was far too quiet. One last thing, if they offer lunch BUY IT, it’s so much cheaper than the vending machines and the restaurant there is closed ! Plus you get loads of food when they prepare it :)

Overbooking or scam - They asked us to book via a portal Headout. Visit was for 1pm and we received QRcode and details for meeting point. A furthe email on the day before as confirmation. The night before they send an email that tour was anticipated to 9am. We tried contacting them that timing was not ok for us as travelling. No feedbak. At 09:01 we received an sms that tour started. Support informed that there won’t be any refund as we have been informed. We went anyhow to the appointment at 1pm and other persons were in same condition. It looks a scam to me. Thay use a chatbot for support. I’m flexible and I could have accepted a later reschedule but anticipate to 9am was clearly a wish to foce no-show Text of email and sms ‘Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, the local partner was forced to change the pick-up details. We are profoundly sorry for the change.’ ‘Hello, we have meeting point for Italian Tour in Auschwitz Museum at 9:00. Our meeting point is at the first gate of the parking. Will You be there on time?’
