Auschwitz-Birkenau - We received confirmation of the pick up time the night before, our driver Marcin picked us up from our hotel and took us to another meeting point, where we got on the coach with Piotr to take us to Auschwitz. Everything was well organised and the whole day an amazing experience which we both enjoyed. Thank you Thousand Miles :)

Amazing Day once again with Thousand Miles Krakow - We used thousand miles krakow again recently for the Auschwitz tour, and this was superbly arranged again, from Pietr who was our driver, very good/safe driving and kept us informed, and happy to answer any questions, through to the host at Auschwitz who was just phonomenol, she had answers to every question, she was clearly invested in what she does and you could see the emotion in her too on what was a very difficult day to see the terrible things that went on during the war, had a really good day and once again thousand miles krakow delivered what they said they would, and we wouldnt hesitate in recommending them. We will be coming back next year and already want to do the Salt Mines and we will be using thousand miles krakow for this.

No complaints - The tour was great. The guide picked us up at our hotel and walked us to the van as our street was too narrow to drive on. Our guide as we toured the camps was very knowledgeable. We were told where to get on our bus, where to meet our bus...... everything was clear and organized. There are a lot of tours that do the same visit but would highly recommend just as it was so organized.

Welcome to hell - We all have heard about what happened in the 1940s at the notorious concentration and extermination camps of neighbours Auschwitz and Birkenau. But it’s when you walk through the areas that showed the ugly side of humanity that you realise the magnitude of the genocide. The tour is eye/opening but also leaves you with a sense of despair. How can humans do that to other humans? In short this was an experience not to be missed.

Respectful and important visit to Aushwitz. - Harrowing but important part of history that we felt we needed to see. We would recommend any adult to go. It is not suitable for children.

Great tour, good transfer and informative - Fabian was a great rour guide, very informative and made it his mission to ensure everyone had a great tour. The only negative was waiting around before going in the first camp for 40 minutes but understandable.

Well organised. - Despite our coach breaking down on the outward journey, the driver made some swift telephone calls and with the help of other operators having spaces, we were all located other transport within 10 minutes and were on our way. An excellent guide, and using earphones and receiver, we were able to hear her commentry loud and clear. We'll organised.

Good but felt rushed - The tour guide was very informative however we felt the tour of the camp 1 / museum was very rushed and we didn’t have much time to stop in each room but the tour of Birkenau was much better.

Starts to late in the day - Need to start earlier in the day as walking around the camp when it’s dark is not recommended as to don’t t allow for the time of season

Geoff, disappointed - Booked 2 trips for myself my wife and our two friends. Sadly due to a cancer diagnosis we had to cancel our journey and with that the trips . I contacted the company before we were even due to fly to Poland to inform them of our cancellation Sadly I've had no contact from this company. I had read that cancellation 24 hours before the trips could lead to a refund.
