Prisoners were subject to the brutalities of Hitlerian fascism such as forced isolation, planned extermination through starvation, strenuous labor, cruel experimenting, and sudden mortality due to individual or mass killings. It is undoubtedly a place of significant importance to visit.
- Please note, that the maximum size of backpacks or handbags brought into the Auschwitz Museum & Memorial can not exceed dimensions: 30x20x10cm
- Comfortable walking shoes are recommended
- A minimum of 2 people per booking is required
- For all bookings made for 2020 for Auschwitz-Birkenau tour, we need surname and name of every participant (the same as in their ID or PASSPORT). If we will not get it, we will not be able to buy entrance tickets to Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum.
- Please make sure to bring with you to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum, ID or PASSPORT, because the guards will ask about it before enter. (without it, you will not be able to enter the museum).

Fantastic. - Was picked up and delivered back right outside the hotel. It was very professional and everything went very seamlessly. Absolutely fantastic. Got an offer to buy extra food that one could eat in the taxi between the two camps. Very good food, got a lot of feed money. Recommend this trip.

Speechless so impressive - What an impressive tour with highly skilled guides who take you to the darkest period of the twentieth century, and tell you about what happened without leaving out a detail.

Excellent service and friendly driver - Excellent service pickup on time the driver a lovely friendly person our tour guide was amazing explained everything so well the tour very good emotional but definitely have to see would definitely recommend this tour company

Easy - Really well organised, pick up time communicated well and on time. Our driver was very professional and sorted out our lunch too. Would definitely recommend- much easier than sorting the trip on our own.

Aushwitz day tour - great! - We were collected from our hotel by the driver at 7am, there were two more local pick ups and then we set off to aushwitz. The driver was very quiet but polite and informative of the trip. Took us an hour and 10 minutes to get to the first camp. We had a lovely tour guide who was very softly spoken, her English was great and she spoke with such empathy. First part of the tour took around an hour and 15 minutes. We then had a quick break and back into the taxi to move onto the second camp. This part took around an hour again to see. It was an ery but very interesting place to visit. I can see why it is a popular place to visit and I would return at another time and see it again for sure. The trip ran smoothly, the driver and guide where very informative and helpful along the way. All in all a great trip, one to remember forever.

Well worth the day trip - From booking the trip to the return to our hotel, the trip was faultless. The communications from the tour operator were very good. On the day, Tomas our driver looked after us very well from advising on our collection time, the process at Auschwitz and on the overall journey. Our guide was very informative & was open to questions.

Good experience, but felt rushed. - Very good experience, definitely something that everyone should experience.
However, found the tour extremely rushed, not as much info given as we'd like and skipped lots of sections.

Auschwitz Tour - This review is only for the transport to Auschwitz. The operators weren't personable and only cared about getting us there and back, making zero effort to get to know anyone. Skip the lunch boxes, you won't have enough time to eat.
