Well worth the trip! Highly recommend! - Perfect trip! Loved it and well worth the visit! Was picked up promptly my Maciek in a lovely vehicle. There was our group of 4 and one other couple. He told us what the plan was and explained that it would take approximately 1 hour 45 mins to get from Krakow to the Thermal Baths. He also asked if we would like to stop at one of the oldest villages with the traditional houses which we did on the way back. We had a fabulous time in the thermal Spa, Maciek explained everything to us and bought us the wrist bands. We didn’t have to queue as he had them pre ordered. We loved all the different pools and jacuzzi’s and sulphur baths and even enjoyed a couple of beers in the pool! It was so relaxing. Would highly recommend Maciek and the thermal spa.

Highly recommended excursion - They picked us up at the door of our airb&b and then upon our return they dropped us off at the same pick-up point. Rafi was our driver, a very nice and punctual guy, he gave us many explanations about the surroundings and the excursion itself during the trip, attentive to the road and a professional in his work, it is worth visiting the spa, since having a good time, you can also enjoy spectacular views... 100% RECOMMENDABLE 10/10

Absolutely amazing!! - Absolutely amazing!! We had Maciek as our guide, he did an amazing job at explaining things once we got to the thermal baths, so there was no confusion. On the journey there and back he also explained some of the culture and history of Poland. We even stopped in a village on the way back for about 10-15 mins so we could see the oldest house in Poland. He also taught us a bit of polish. Overall, absolutely amazing experience the thermal baths are great. If your a family you could defo go to the morning one, there’s some amazing water slides. For couples or younger people I’d probably recommend going to the evening trip so you have people similar to your age and there’s also a DJ on the night at about 6pm. 10/10 trip would do again! Thank you Maciek 🙂

Thermal baths - We had an amazing experience at the thermal baths. Our driver/tour guide was Michael and he was amazing! Michael has great knowledge of sites and villages we passed. He gave us all the information we needed and recommended the best spots in the baths. He made the drive pleasant and kept us informed of how long was left to go! The baths are very nice and clean, would definitely go again!

Amazing experience - Beautiful views from the outside pools, lots of pools / jacuzzi’s to try and the green slide was amazing! I think it would be helpful to have the main map translated to English as well to make it easier to find your way around. Our host from legendary Krakow was very helpful and explained everything well.

Fantastic views - Attended the full day Zakopane and Chocholow spa tour in March. Great day, fantastic views. Picked up from our hotel, 2 hour drive to Zakopane. Short train up to the top of the mountain and had fantastic views overlooking the surrounding snowy mountains, then back down to explore the town for an hour. Then driven to Chocholow, 3 hour thermal baths session which was well organised and more great views. Then dropped back at the hotel. Worth the money. The only downside was there was no cheese/vodka tasting experience on our day, the driver forgot to take us to the stop! I did complain to the tour company after and received a 25% refund, but it took almost 3 weeks and multiple phone calls to organise the payment despite them agreeing to the refund.
