- Podgorze - The Jewish Ghetto in Podgorze was founded on 3rd of March, 1941. The ghetto covered an area of 20 hectares surrounded by a wall with three gates, fifteen streets, three hundred and twenty residential buildings. Death penalty was imposed for leaving the ghetto.
