- Panstwowe Muzeum Auschwitz-Birkenau - Upon arrival, the driver will escort you to the entrance and provide your tickets. A security check, similar to airport procedures, will be conducted, and ID cards will be verified. The tour is conducted in a group of 30 people with a local guide, and each participant is provided with headphones. The first segment of the tour, Auschwitz 1, lasts about 2 hours. Following this, there is a 15-minute break during which the driver will transport you to the second part of the museum, Birkenau, where you will spend approximately 1 hour. After the tour, the driver will return you to the hotel.

Julian Simon and alex were our bus crew and even on the journey was giving us lots of information on each town we drove - A humbling and tearful but worthy historic experience a fantastic English speaking guide named tereasa also included in our price . Very personal attention was amazing for our family of 7

My experience are very very very good and amazing it's very wonderful and amazing.i highly recommend it - The views are amazing outside the window and what a natural beauty.i will tell you please go inside and enjoy ur travel on the earth by grace of God

Excellent - Excellent tour. Great communication. Damian, our driver, showed up early and was waiting for us as soon as the tour ended. Very safe driver. We would definitely use the company again

Stress free tour with wonderful driver - A powerful day but so thankful we went. Our driver, Darius, was extremely communicative. He picked us up promptly as scheduled and the auto was very comfortable and clean. We were able to ask questions and chat along the drive. When we arrived at the museum, he took care of everything - buying our tickets, tell us where to meet our English speaking guide for the tour and what time and where he would pick us up. When we finished the day, he was standing at the location we agreed to meet and drove us home through the beautiful Polish countryside. We were blessed to have a sunny day and not too many crowds to fully absorb the memories. We would recommend Darius and the tour without reservation! So much easier than trying to arrange everything on our own - it would’ve been a stressing day if we went with our original plan to take the train out and navigate finding tickets etc ourselves. And we are four cabin crew, extremely well traveled people!!!

Excellent worry free service. - Also used for airport transfers. Comfortable vehicles, excellent communication and fantastic price. Will recommend to friends that travel to Krakow and also want to tour the sites.

Customer focused company where nothing is too much trouble. - These guys covered all our transport needs for our group of 10 friends in Amazing Krakow. Communicated brilliantly from the moment we booked.
As soon as the planes wheels touched the ground we had a text off the drivers welcoming us to Poland and letting us know where they would be waiting.
Two spotless modern vehicles transported us in style to our accommodation. Drivers were professional and friendly and give us some great tips for our stay.
They offer a great range of trips and are competitively priced. We needed a bespoke package though and this is where they came in to their own. We arranged to be picked up from our apartment then taken to Auschwitz. We completed the visit and as we had a bit of time they drove us around the local area and shared some personal family stories of relatives who lived in the area while Auschwitz was in full operation. They then took us directly to the Airport in good time for our flight home. All this at a much lower rate than many other local companies were offering. Great team of professionals.

I was a little... - I was a little disappointed the private bit means the travel to the locations which was fine, however the tour was just joining others for a group tour around the site and it did not have the experience I had hoped for as felt we were all on a production line of groups so not as private as I had believed. I can only imagine how the tour would be in peak times.
