- Panstwowe Muzeum Auschwitz-Birkenau - Upon arrival, the driver will escort you to the entrance and provide your tickets. A security check, similar to airport procedures, will be conducted, and ID cards will be verified. The tour is conducted in a group of 30 people with a local guide, and each participant is provided with headphones. The first segment of the tour, Auschwitz 1, lasts approximately 2 hours. Following a 15-minute break, the driver will transport you to the second part of the museum, Birkenau, where you will spend about 1 hour.
After the tour, you have two options:
- Direct transfer to Wieliczka
- A stop en route to Wieliczka for a lunch break
- Wieliczka Salt Mine - The driver will guide you to the entrance and distribute tickets. You will then join a group of 30 people and begin the tour with an English-speaking guide. After the tour, the driver will return you to the hotel.

Made our stay in Krakow very pleasurable and hassle free - We were looked after very well,Alex sorted out all our needs and kept us informed on pickup times for our trip to Salt mines and aushwitz and slso gave us names of restaurants near our acomodation,Jacob & Simon where our drivers and filled us in with all the info we needed and stayed with us all day.Would highly recommend to anyone who are going to Krakow.

Krakow tours - Pawel Bond was our driver who took my wife and I to Auschwitz. He stayed with us and took us for lunch to a restaurant as we had 1 hour to spare between tours.
He has great knowledge and helped us with finding the best eating place in Krakow town. I would highly recommend MR Bond if you are planning a trip to Krakow. He sent us all the information we needed via WhatsApp and it was all very good.

Lovely place . - Omg guys Alexander wos out of this word .he went above and beyond .he organised everything..we even pulled in on the side of the road to some strange place,please don't be scared..it wos a woman that gave us smoked cheese with cranberry and then 2 shots of vodka 🤣🤣 for the cold..,🤣🤣,then we went to zakopane which wos outside of this world..Alex has I called him went above of anybody or tour guide that I knew..he knew it all .he even organised lunch drinks and everything..let's not forget he paid for the cable carts to top of the mountain.. please choose Alexander or Alex as we called him..what a 10/10 guy..and evem after we left he text me about places and food te go to and cheap beer .and I will always remember the potato pancake..guys this is the guide of 2025...thank you...Willie b.....

Best transfer company in Krakow - We have just returned from Krakow and we had a fantastic time. We used 4Travellers to pick us up from the airport and also take us on a day trip to auschwitz and the salt mines. From the day I booked the airport transport 3 months ago I have been impressed by the level of service provided by Julian. Our driver was called Damian and I don't believe anyone could find a better more professional service than the one Julian and his company provide. Damien was attentive, knowledgeable and a really friendly guy that clearly wanted his customers to have the best experience whilst in his country. A first class service.

Chauffeur driven company - We hired this company to pick us up from and return us to the airport as well as the one day private trip. We had two different drivers Alex and Jacob and you could not find two more personable chaps if you tried. Both were very informative throughout mentioning historical places and events as we drove, going out of their way to help us enjoy our experience as much as we could. The transport was spotlessly clean and the drive very smooth indeed. I would recommend this company to anyone and indeed when I return I will definitely used them again. Five star service.

Book this now! A+ - Just back from a trip to Poland and we had an amazing experience with 4Travellers. Great communication, nice clean transportation. Jakob our driver for the day was amazing, he recommended a great traditional Polish restaurant to have lunch at between the stops. Can't recommend this activity enough!

Do Not Book - The tour guide that we got was Lukas. he didn’t speak any English. He made us late to the tour when we got there he we asked where to go and he just signal to go straight so when we got into the museum, we had to go to the information desk as we were lost, and get some directions they asked us for our tickets, which were not provided by Lukas or his manager Julian so we were waiting for Lukas to send us the tickets when we finally received the tickets. We were already 45 minutes late to our tour we missed a lot of information. I reached out to Julian his manager to let him know about the situation and all he said was he probably is just waking up. I don’t recommend this company at all what it really is an overpriced Uber/taxi service. They literally will just pick you up and drop you off. You are better off booking with another company.
