Brilliant day out fantastic service! - Fantastic service from Maciek with this company! Our third trip with them! We were picked up direct from the hotel very friendly driver. Took us direct to Energylandia where he had our tickets ready for us maps and got us in past the crowds! 100% recommend thank you!

Brilliant day out - We were picked up from our hotel by Pawel who drove us to Poland's biggest theme park , he was very friendly and also explained some of Poland's culture and history. If we were to go back to Poland we would be giving Pawel a call regarding future trips.

Amazing trip to energylandia with Thousand miles (also to Salta Mine and Zakopane) - Very good guide in English Olaf the driver who gave us very useful information about the trip, tips on good traditional restaurants other travel tips around Krakow. Energylandia was amazing we were 2 times with our son who loved very much with the same company that gave us discount. For us suited perfectly because after a full day at the amusement and water park to have already transport from and to the hotel allowed us to fully enjoy the trip. All drivers speak very good English, well read about the destination and helpful. Very satisfied with the company and with the trip!

Amazing experience - Would recommend this trip. Our driver Paweł was amazing, he arrived on time, was very professional and got us to the park safely and on time. He walked us right to the gates and made sure we got in OK. There was an issue with the ticket getting scanned and Paweł sorted this straight away for us. Once again on the return journey Paweł arrived on time and drove us straight back to our hotel, he even went above and beyond offering to drop us off at any location in the city we wanted. After the trip he sent us many recommendations about future trips with the company and things to do and see around the city. Paweł is very good for the company's image and we will definitely be booking more trips with this company. As for the park itself it is up there with the best theme parks we have been to. One of the best if not the best in all of Europe. Lots of attractions, very short waiting times.

So much fun - huge theme park! - Our driver, Krystian, picked us up from right outside our apartment and was really friendly and easy to chat to on the drive. The theme park was huge with so many rides ranging from big and fast to small and suitable for children. We could have easily spent another day there! The food vendors are also a really decent price and the food is good so no need to bring a pack lunch, but they do get quite busy. The whole day was organised so well making it a great and stress free time!
